On March 20, Alliance Gaming Corp. (Nasdaq:ALLY) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be effective as of the opening of trading on April 8, 2002.
On March 21, Applied Materials (Nasdaq:AMAT) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on or about April 16, 2002.
On March 21, Darden Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE:DRI) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on May 1, 2002.
On March 21, Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:DCOM) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on April 24, 2002.
On March 22, Cathay Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:CATY) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable May 9, 2002.
