On March 28, Merit Medical Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:MMSI) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be distributed on or about April 11, 2002.
On March 28, First South Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:FSBK) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on April 19, 2002.
On April 2, Meritage Corp. (NYSE:MTH) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on April 26, 2002.
