IBM warns (third time was charm on the rumor) and taking techs down with it. Tech recovery is not going to happen during the early part of this week. Iraq is cutting off exports for 30 days starting today. Lots of bad news to start the week; we are just going to batten down the hatches, use trailing stops, and look at some OEX puts for today.
