Buy Not Issued. Tried a rebound move with the market and failed at resistance from its 18 day EMA so looking to stick around here at the June lows and 50 day SMA some more as support on this low volume for now.
AAPL 04/15 Test 20 136.36 -0.86 119.69 132.77 12M 25M 133.48
Current.
AGN 07/06 Cup hdl 46.06 -0.04 47.88 57.45 1.1M 3M 45.32
Buy Not Hit. Moved laterally along the 50 day SMA on fading low volume. Resting at its 50 day SMA and late June session lows here as modest support and looking for AGN to hold its ground here or its in trouble next week as the market looks to come back some more.
AUXL 07/07 Flag 28.25 -0.36 29.35 34.89 200K 650K 27.31
Buy Not Hit. Short step lower here for AUXL on low volume passed its 18 day EMA as support. At the highs from mid June now and looking for AUXL to bounce a bit here Friday with the market finishing up a weak bounce attempt and AUXL at support now.
BEN 06/25 Test 50 66.08 -0.18 71.80 79.95 1.9M 3.4M 68.11
Current. Moved laterally along the lows from Wednesday here under resistance from the 50 day EMA. Holds nicely at this level thanks to May highs near 65 and BEN just needing to keep up the good work here to stay out of trouble.
BGG 07/01 Rolling 13.45 -0.08 13.64 16.95 339K 900K 12.69
Buy Not Issued. BGG posting a quiet session Thursday on below average volume posting a doji at these lows from April, May and June at 13.5ish. Just taking it easy here holding key supports so can't complain.
BIDU 07/08 Test 50 281.75 +6.87 281.68 307.85 2.2M 2.5M 265.89
Entered today. Gave us the buy on this jump higher with a doji Thursday after tapping key support from its 50 day SMA and June lows intraday back at 270. Looks good here getting on its feet and with above average volume so set for some more upsides.
CELG 06/10 Test 50 46.49 +0.27 44.97 49.95 3M 7.8M 45.88
Current. Drop in volume for CELG back to the low volumes of late June and early July now after a great session of trade Wednesday. Still managed a quiet step higher off its 18 day EMA and hangs at this testing low some more waiting on stronger volume to help it uphill with some gusto.
CMG 06/23 Asc Tri 79.63 +1.26 80.67 90.95 284K 950K 78.21
Current. CMG on low volume posting some modest gains through Thursday over its 50 day EMA as resistance. Good to see it pressing on here late this week and now at the 50 day SMA and 18 day EMA so will see if it can keep it up.
CREE 06/11 Test BO 27.42 +0.14 29.86 34.31 865K 2.2M 27.77
Exited. Got out of CREE as it made a strong move higher early on up to resistance from the 50 day EMA and fell hard from there. Key level it needed to recover and had to see CREE really get back on the saddle here but this is quite the opposite.
CTRP 06/24 Dbl btm 41.77 +2.05 43.38 49.85 981K 2M 43.97
Current. CTRP making a valiant effort to move higher through Thursday for some modest gains at the close. Bounced off the Wednesday low at its 50 day EMA and June lows at 40 and looks good here if it can get stronger trade to really buck the market selling expected next week and continue on higher.
EAT 07/06 Pennant 16.31 -0.04 17.48 21.44 2.2M 3.5M 16.26
Buy Not Hit. EAT back on below average volume after selling hard through Wednesday on high trade back to its 90 day SMA. Hanging out at this level some more and just looking to do the same from here until stronger trade can give it a lift.
EDU 06/08 Asc Bse 61.92 +0.61 58.21 66.95 209K 850K 63.88
Current. Kind of an important point for EDU here Thursday as it gave a quiet step higher to all sorts of resistance now. At the key intraday low from November 07, September 08 low and highs from December 08 and January and February 09. Full plate for EDU so will see how it handles this order.
ESI 07/01 Trnd Rv 88.64 -1.86 91.55 109.91 965K 1.6M 88.38
Buy Not Hit. Dropped ESI as it sold even further into Thursday just ignoring key supports from its May and June lows.
ESRX 04/27 FlyPlat 65.65 -1.01 61.11 69.95 2M 4.8M 64.98
Current. Modest downsides here for ESRX on fading below average volume as it sold off the 10 day EMA as resistance through its 18 day EMA and now sits at the highs from May and early June. Key level here for ESRX and has its 50 day EMA and late May lows at 64 so time to put this support to work in the early July pullback.
FCS 07/06 Test 50 7.06 +0.22 7.28 9.91 1.3M 3.4M 6.65
Buy Not Hit. FCS posting some light gains as it bounced off support from the 50 day SMA. Low volume here as it hangs at this testing low some more and looks good at solid support here from the moving average and its June lows.
FLEX 06/06 DB hdl 4.13 +0.09 4.24 5.44 7.8M 9.8M 4.11
Current. FLEX putting in a hard days work and some gains to show it at the close Thursday. Like this DB hdl base as well with the market helping it uphill a bit and on this rising above average volume now will see if FLEX can put its muscle to work against the 18 day EMA as resistance here.
FSLR 07/03 Test BO 146.11 -3.47 152.88 179.94 3.5M 4M 147.38
Buy Not Hit. FSLR on average volume as it started higher up to resistance from the 10 day EMA at 151 and fell back below its 200 day SMA at the close. Still hanging onto this key level of the July lows and the April highs but this is where it needs to draw the line in the sand.
GOOG 07/08 Rolling 410.39 +7.90 408.88 444.94 3.2M 4M 398.77
Entered today. Gave us the buy as it gapped higher over its resistance at the 50 ay EMA and lows from late June and climbed from there using that level as support now. At the May highs and mid June lows but looking strong and a little determined to press on. Nice.
GR 06/27 Test 50 48.66 -0.24 50.85 56.95 1.3M 2M 47.41
Current. Short step lower here finishing up this quick July pullback early in the month. At its 50 day SMA and June and July lows from last week so looking great to hold its ground here now.
HLTH 07/03 Asc Bse 12.91 -0.24 13.29 15.88 758K 1.9M 12.42
Current. HLTH on rising below average volume as it continues to consolidate through late June and early July between 12.6 and 13.3. Doing well holding the consolidation lows but without volume it's not going much further in this Asc bse.
IBM 07/08 Rolling 102.08 +1.40 101.21 110.89 6.1M 10M 99.21
Buy Not Issued. It gapped and considered buying it but went after GOOG, BIDU instead and will have to see how IBM sets up off this Thursday rebound with the market now and with key resistance from its 50 day EMA, 18 day EMA and late June lows at 104.
IDTI 06/16 Test BO 5.91 +0.11 6.07 7.87 4.5M 4M 5.62
Current. IDTI on rising above average volume here as it surged up to 6.1 and fell well off that mark. Still struggling at resistance from its 18 day EMA so needs to put this volume to work and get over the moving average to stay on our good side here.
IDXX 06/08 Test BO 44.92 -1.06 45.64 51.95 185K 700K 43.97
Current. IDXX on very low volume Thursday selling a bit through the session and breaking its 18 day EMA on the way down. Still in a solid Asc bse and needs to find support at the uptrend line in that base and its 50 day EMA/late June lows all right around 44.0.
IDXX 05/16 Test 20 44.92 -1.06 41.65 47.55 185K 700K 43.97
INT 06/27 Trnd Rv 38.08 +0.85 40.42 47.88 427K 850K 39.78
Exited. Got out of INT with its failed attempt a bounce here Thursday. Tried to get things going higher and stalled and fell at resistance from the June lows and mid May lows here so let it go especially with things only looking to head lower again next week.
ISRG 06/10 Rev HS 143.50 -1.68 166.54 194.95 684K 2M 153.48
Current. Short step lower for ISRG on just below average volume in this steady pullback through early July. At its 200 day SMA and key May lows now so needs to hold up here.
LPHI 07/06 Rolling 14.56 +0.08 15.02 19.77 156K 300K 13.55
Buy Not Hit. LPHI with a nice move higher in this dojie Thursday over its 10 day EMA as resistance. Not miraculous by any means but good to see it steadily walking higher through late June and early July now so with volume can really get going uphill and give us the buy. Not bad not bad.
MASI 07/03 Rolling 22.18 +0.05 22.44 28.55 330K 825K 21.77
Buy Not Hit. On fading low volume now with this doji at the Wednesday low here and support from its lows from November 08 and March 09. Key level for MASI so needs to lock in here.
MCD 06/30 Test 50 56.77 -0.27 58.32 63.95 7.8M 11M 55.97
Current. Sold Thursday for some quiet losses and now sits back below its 50 day EMA and 200 day SMA again. On below average volume and needs to find support here and stick with it especially with things looking to head lower again next week for the market.
MPWR 04/10 Test 20 22.88 +0.53 18.88 22.94 394K 625K 20.68
Current. Nice move higher for MPWR on fading below average volume off its 10 day EMA. At resistance here from its June highs at 23 so will see if it has the muscle to press up through this level.
MR 07/01 Test BO 26.47 -0.01 27.38 33.88 841K 1.2M 25.91
Buy Not Hit. Started higher up past resistance from its mid May highs and 18 day EMA and 10 day EMA to 27.3 and failed to close with a one cent loss back at the Wednesday low. Holding well here at support from its highs of April and May so MR still not in horrid shape by any means in this late June/early July pullback.
MR 06/17 Test BO 26.47 -0.01 26.53 31.45 841K 1.5M 26.11
Current.
MRVL 05/26 Asc Bse 11.64 +0.36 11.85 14.00 12M 17M 11.59
Current. Fading below average volume for MRVL as it bounced off the 50 day EMA to close with some decent gains here Thursday. Great Asc bse and MRVL really trying to get things going uphill again but if it can't get stronger volume it doesn't look to make much progress.
MSFT 07/08 Test 50 22.44 -0.12 22.72 26.95 45M 85M 21.69
Buy Not Issued. Tried higher up to 22.8 and fell back off that level to land at this July testing low right above its 50 day EMA near 22.0. Not much volume so MAST looking good to set up shop here for the testing low until its ready with volume again for the recovery move.
NEU 06/29 Test 50 67.47 +0.71 68.11 78.45 84K 325K 64.27
Buy Not Issued. Doji step higher with NEU taking baby steps higher through this week. At its 10 day EMA and 18 day EMA as resistance on another session of quiet gains and now very low trade Thursday so NEU looking to hit a wall here if things don't set up for its move higher, i.e. volume/momentum support. As of now just waffling around the July and June lows.
NFLX 06/22 DB hdl 39.95 +1.25 41.38 49.95 1.7M 2.9M 38.48
Current. Got a nice burst of volume to the average level as it bounced higher and climbed up past its 18 day EMA and late June lows as resistance. Now at the 50 day EMA though so needs to keep up the strong volume and this great start late in the week for the recovery move to press on through it.
OPTR 07/07 Flag 14.40 +0.13 14.61 16.95 110K 385K 13.18
Buy Not Hit. On fading low volume as it stepped laterally along the 10 day EMA here Thursday. Just taking it easy for this early July pullback at supports now and looks good resting until volume can help it higher again.
PII 07/06 Dbl btm 31.07 -0.64 32.11 37.95 233K 750K 29.86
Buy Not Issued. On low volume Thursday with this attempt at the bounce with the market here as it pushed up to 32.12 and then fell off the top there to close back below its 50 day SMA and 18 day EMA. Now at supports from the 50 day EMA and looking for it to continue to hold here as its testing low for this early July pullback as it has all week.
PKE 06/23 Flag 18.40 -0.30 21.65 25.75 56K 150K 20.21
Exited. Got out of PKE as it sold hard through Thursday off key resistance from its 200 day SMA on fading below average volume. Broke the key 200 day Tuesday, held it again Wednesday and needed a bounce back over it and fell apart again Thursday so pulled the plug.
PNRA 07/01 Pennant 49.17 +0.16 50.91 58.95 597K 1.3M 49.36
Buy Not Hit. Looking for a roll back up off of this support range from 49ish down to 47ish from its May lows as PNRA held its ground very nicely Thursday at supports here so time to see it get back on the saddle.
POT 07/03 Dbl btm 93.51 +2.91 96.84 116.88 6.6M 12M 90.06
Buy Not Hit. On below average volume as it gapped higher and stepped over resistance from its 90 day SMA. Interesting, but not much more than that with its session highs of late June and the 18 day EMA and 10 day EMA here at 95.0 holding it down still as resistance and need to see POT keep up the good work to be a little more than interesting.
QCOM 06/24 Asc Tri 43.06 -0.49 45.17 52.65 15M 22M 43.33
Current. Sold a good bit through Thursday on below average trade off resistance from its 50 day SMA and mid June lows. Still in a nice Asc tri base but this is where it needs to hold here in the 42-43s at its June lows and mid May highs.
SBUX 06/23 Test 50 13.64 +0.60 14.82 17.95 20M 18M 13.57
Current. High volume for SBUX Thursday as it surged through the session off support here from its late April lows and mid May lows as well near 13.0. Posted some decent gains as the market helped it higher in the bounce and with this high volume SBUX looks good to continue on higher through its 50 day EMA and June lows now as resistance here.
SCO 06/30 Trnd Rv 22.16 -0.18 17.11 19.88 2.9M 1.8M 21.08
SCO on high volume still just taking a breather intraday at this July high. Doing well after a modest bounce from Wednesday and after this pit stop it looks good to get back on track in the move higher thanks to suppot here from its 50 day EMA.
TTEK 06/09 Test BO 26.46 +0.02 28.46 32.78 360K 600K 27.89
Current. Low volume for TTEK as it stepped laterally along the Wednesday low and 50 day SMA as support along with a nice intraday tap at 26.0 at the late May highs and early June lows. Keeping solid support in check here and looking good setting up for its next move higher.
XXIA 06/23 DB hdl 6.92 +0.16 6.87 8.58 95K 165K 6.48
Current. On below average volume as it bounced off the 10 day EMA for some modest gains Thursday. Consolidating some more along the 6.8 to 7 range along the late June and early July highs here but with volume looks great to get the move going higher again in this DB hdl base.
Downside Plays
Stock Date Play Close +/- Pivot Tgt Vol TgtV Stop
AKAM 06/27 Put 18.19 -0.10 19.62 17.97 3.4M 6M 19.11
Current. Continues lower through early July steadily just selling into Thursday now. Not much volume here and still at support from its September 08 and February 09 highs so will see if it sets up a quick test here as the market tries a weak bounce before it sends things lower again.
BWLD 06/20 HdShldr 31.61 -0.14 33.09 26.58 402K 725K 32.44
Current. Tapped the 200 day SMA back at 30.9 again and bounced again. If it does not break down heading into early next week we close it as it continues to hold the key level of support there.
DRI 06/10 HdShldr 32.46 +0.10 33.67 30.55 1.9M 3.7M 33.54
Current. Fading below average volume for DRI as it hangs at these June and May lows. Key support helping it higher which it tapped intraday as well and need to see DRI get things rolling lower soon or we're out.
EEFT 07/03 Put 18.20 +0.16 18.69 16.65 132K 525K 19.94
Buy Not Issued. Considered using this intraday bounce from Thursday up to resistance from the 18 day EMA near 18.5 to enter, but there just was not a lot of movement one way or the other so will wait a bit longer to see a bit stronger action lower for EEFT before we can get in.
FAST 06/17 Dbl Top 30.64 -0.50 32.21 29.11 2.5M 2M 31.48
Current. Rising high volume with a nice turn lower after the Wednesday bounce to hold up at the these July lows. Looking good starting to get things back on the move lower so can't complain.

GS 07/07 Put 143.21 +4.66 140.11 131.44 15M 24M 147.31
Current. Just above average volume for GS bouncing a bit with the market Thursday off support from its 50 day SMA after a gap higher at the open. Closed with some decent gains and now sits at resistance from its 18 day EMA so needs to hold up here.
GS 06/15 Put 143.21 +4.66 142.41 133.65 15M 24M 142.11
Current.
IOC 07/06 Put 27.20 +1.43 27.38 23.56 568K 625K 27.11
Current. Climbed a good bit through Thursday up to 27.9 and fell at resistance from the late April and mid June lows there to cut out some of the gains. Looking good marking resistance there and set up pretty well here to hit the brakes and fall again soon.
MVSN 07/07 Put 21.48 +0.12 20.78 18.55 1.8M 2M 21.55
Buy Not Hit. Modest move higher for MVSN Thursday with the market off its 50 day EMA for some quiet gains. Just above average volume here and MVSN still struggling at resistance from its 10 day EMA and late June lows so not looking to get much more positives out of this early July bounce now.
RIMM 06/29 Put 66.36 +0.74 69.94 64.55 14M 22M 67.31
Current. On below average volume as it stepped higher off the low from Wednesday. Quick rebound here with RIMM just bouncing with the market before things head lower again.
SDS 06/20 Dbl Top 59.92 -0.24 57.88 61.35 37M 50M 59.11
Current. Below average volume for SDS in this move laterally along support from the 50 day EMA and late June high here. Holding its ground but not looking to head much further on the fading volume so up to SP500, its inverse, to continue lower again next week after this weak bounce in the market.
SNY 07/07 Put 29.50 +0.06 29.52 27.55 1.5M 2.6M 30.55
Entered today. Gave us the buy as it stepped laterally along key resistance from its 200 day SMA which it did Wednesday as well. Fading below average trade but SNY set up very nicely here to really turn lower again.
SPY 06/15 Put 88.17 +0.17 92.34 90.08 162M 300M 89.05
Current. Low volume for SPY with this quiet step higher through Thursday. Still holds the key 200 day SMA as resistance though so not looking to get much progress on the positive move here.
SU 06/24 Dbl Top 26.94 +0.87 29.62 26.16 12M 15M 27.11
Current. Doji gap higher in some light gains for SU Thursday. Just above average trade in the move and looking to get a quick test up to 28.0 at the 90 day SMA and mid May and June lows before its back on the way down.
SY 06/22 Put 30.07 +0.33 31.87 30.02 828K 1.5M 30.32
Current. Short step uphill for SY Thursday on a drop in trade as the market helped it higher here. Weak bounce with the market for now and no problem with that as SY sets up a nice test to 30.5 at its June lows and 10 day EMA before it heads lower again.
TEX 06/27 Put 10.60 0.00 12.04 10.05 1.9M 4.2M 11.04
Current. Stepped laterally along the July low here from Wednesday and support from the April lows as well. Struggling a bit here but looking for TEX to really turn lower again after this quick rebound for the market.
TSRA 07/03 Put 24.82 +0.78 24.55 21.54 450K 1.4M 26.11
Buy Not Issued. Just lollygagging some more around supports here from mid June's lows at 24.0 as it gave a quiet step higher here for Thursday. Nothing we want to wait around for anymore so got rid of it.
XTO 06/29 Put 34.85 +0.97 37.40 34.75 7M 10M 35.11
Current. XTO on below average volume as it posted some light gains Thursday off this week's prior three sessions of dojis along 34.0. Getting a bounce here and filling in that gap lower from Monday up to the upper 35s and then looks great to head downhill again.
