On May 1, Ryan's Family Steak Houses, Inc. (Nasdaq:RYAN) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on May 29, 2002.
On May 2, RenaissanceRe Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:RNR) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:1 stock split to be payable on May 30, 2002.
On May 2, The Dress Barn, Inc. (Nasdaq:DBRN) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on May 31, 2002.
On May 2, Coach, Inc. (NYSE:COH) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on or about July 3, 2002.
On May 3, Flagstar Bancorp (NYSE:FBC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on May 31, 2002.
On May 6, Gtech Holdings Corp. (NYSE:GTK) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on May 23, 2002.
On May 6, Alltrista Corporation (NYSE:ALC) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be mailed or delivered on or about June 3, 2002.
On May 7, Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be issued on June 6, 2002.
On May 7, Harte-Hanks Inc. (NYSE:HHS) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on May 30, 2002.
On May 7, Tricon Global Restaurants, Inc. (NYSE:YUM) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on June 17, 2002.
