On May 22, Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE:THC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on June 28, 2002.
On May 23, M/I Schottenstein Homes, Inc. (NYSE:MHO) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on June 19, 2002.
On May 23, K-Swiss Inc. (Nasdaq:KSWS) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on June 21, 2002.
On May 23, Interchange Financial Services Corporation (Nasdaq:IFCJ) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on July 12, 2002.
On May 23, Patina Oil & Gas Corporation (NYSE:POG) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be payable on June 20, 2002.
On May 28, GulfMark Offshore, Inc. (Nasdaq:GMRK) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on June 28, 2002.
