On June 17, The Midland Company (Nasdaq:MLAN) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be traded by mid-July, 2002.
On June 17, Deswell Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:DSWL) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on July 22, 2002.
On June 17, W Holding Company, Inc. (NYSE:WHI) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be paid on July 10, 2002.
