New:
Downside
CYMI (Cymer--$33.13; -4.03; optionable):
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/c/cymi.html
STATUS: Put. This one worked so well and is falling so hard we are looking for another downside play. Tuesday it broke below the 200 day MVA (34.50) on very strong volume, completing the head and shoulders pattern. It has plenty of room to fall from here.
Volume: 2.611M Avg Volume: 1.46M
BUY POINT: $32.95 Volume=2M Target=$25.55 Stop=$37
POSITION: CQG TH - Aug. $40 put (-61 delta)
http://www.investmenthouse.com/ct/cymi.html
JCI (Johnson Controls--$78.41; -3.17; optionable): Auto parts
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/j/jci.html
STATUS: Put. Tanked below the 200 day MVA (81.50) on strong volume, completing something of a head and shoulders pattern. After hours Delphi upped its guidance so these stocks saw a pop higher. We anticipate that JCI will try to rally toward the 200 day but fail at that point or at 80. When it rolls over we will look at taking positions or further down when it is back below Tuesday close.
Volume: 913.5K Avg Volume: 434.318K
BUY POINT: After a test of 80, 79.25. Breakdown: $78.30. Volume=600K Target=$75 Stop=$81
POSITION: JCI TQ - Aug. $85 put (-69 delta)
http://www.investmenthouse.com/ct/jci.html
Upside
DRF (Dan River--$5.27; +0.75; no options): Textiles
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/d/drf.html
STATUS: Broke out today from a 7-week lateral consolidation after a strong move up since March (went the opposite way of the rest of the market). After three flat weeks of no volume, DRF leaped up today on strong, above average trade. Relative strength is moving out ahead of this one and accumulation has been solid. We think it can run for us quite a bit here.
Volume: 260.9K Avg Volume: 113.09K
BUY POINT: $5.35 Volume=170K Target=$9.25 Stop=$4.25
POSITION: Stock

CONTINUED PLAYS:
ECOL (American Ecology--$4.05; +0.09; no options): Waste Management
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/e/ecol.html
STATUS: This field is quite good, and ECOL's pattern is great as well. Looking for the breakout soon. It tried to make the move today on some rising volume, but backed off. Still looks super.
Volume: 22.5K Avg Volume: 40.818K
BUY POINT: $4.35 Volume=65K Target=$5.96 Stop=$3.65
POSITION: - Stock (no option chain)
http://www.investmenthouse.com/ct/ecol.html
MMSI (Merit Medical Systems--$18.77; +1.06; optionable):
http://biz.yahoo.com/p/m/mmsi.html
STATUS: After tanking Monday on some rising volume, MMSI recovered Tuesday on once again strong volume. A very nice recovery, holding the pattern well. Looks ready to try the breakout.
Volume: 186.8K Avg Volume: 152.136K
BUY POINT: $19.5 Volume=240K Target=$23.4 Stop=$18.14
POSITION: RMQ JC - Oct. $15 call (80 delta Low OI) and/or stock
