AAPL 07/08 Rolling 224.84 +1.82 138.55 149.91 21M 23M 217.38
Current. Squirted modestly higher Wednesday with volume back down to average. Still working to the upside nicely, though is a slower move after the stronger Tuesday jump. Looks solid for now, so just letting it continue and will see how it finishes up the week.

AAPL 04/15 Test 20 224.84 +1.82 119.69 132.77 21M 25M 217.38
Current.

ABVT 02/19 Flag 55.46 -7.70 63.51 69.95 952K 175K 59.89
Exited. Gapped down and sold with earnings that were solid, but that did not impress investors. Had to shut this one down with this action.

AET 02/18 BullRev 31.65 +0.42 29.94 34.91 3.3M 8.2M 29.77
Current. After that Tuesday gap and rollover, AET showed a nice Wednesday bounce higher. Volume was still below average, but AET is staying nicely in the uptrend with this turn back up. Just letting it continue.

AMED 01/30 ABCD Up 58.28 -0.52 57.05 67.95 844K 1.5M 57.44
Current. Slightly lower Wednesday, but with the bounce up from the intraday low to close with a doji we left it. AMED is trying to stick at this level, where it bounces at the end of February. Thus leaving it, and will see if it does indeed take the bounce.

ANN 02/05 Flag 19.03 +0.28 15.12 17.65 1.5M 3.2M 17.64
Current. Opened lower but rebounded back to close for a gain. Not a huge move, but this one is still trudging steadily higher. Will see how far it can run this week, and then look to see when it starts testing.

ARO 03/04 PreSplt 26.42 +0.53 25.21 28.45 2.7M 2.6M 24.77
Volume edged back to average, but ARO continued nicely higher again, holding the entire move into the finish. This one looks like it could run further now, so will see where it carries to before testing.

ASH 01/27 Asc Tri 51.52 +0.44 42.69 49.89 1.3M 1.5M 47.88
Current. Modest upside and finished off the intraday high with this move on average volume. Holding solidly in its trend, but it is slowing down at the high from last week. Will watch over the next couple of sessions to see if a market bounce can drag this one higher.

ATI 02/18 ABCD Up 49.46 -0.15 45.34 51.91 2.4M 3M 47.31
Current. Slipped higher intraday, but then peeled back to close with a doji. After a pretty steady run higher starting the end of February it is ok for ATI to pause now. This one is set to test, so we will see if it fills down to the 10 day EMA (47.55) and bounces.

BWA 02/24 Asc Bse 36.71 -0.54 38.69 44.88 1.3M 1.8M 36.31
Current. Down again on average trade, but as it is holding with the 50 day EMA (36.24) we let play. Key support to hold, but can give BWA a few days to pause and then will see if it takes the bounce.

CEDC 03/04 Asc Tri 36.51 +1.27 34.05 39.94 906K 1.1M 34.78
Current. Above average trade as CEDC jumped higher for the third straight session. Two of the sessions this week have been very strong, and now we see if CEDC continues as it has broken over the October high (36.10). Looks good.

CGA 03/04 ABCD Up 15.50 -0.35 15.54 17.98 655K 875K 14.74
Current. Moved lower Wednesday, but did show a long reach down to the 50 day EMA (14.82) that bounced back up. Still not looking great with the volatile close off the high Tuesday, but as it is in the uptrend still we will leave it alone. Just want to see how it holds this support level moving into the weekend.

CMG 01/26 Test BO 112.32 +0.31 98.45 110.00 273K 550K 106.91
Current. Showed an intraday test down and then bounced back to flat as it CMG closed with a low volume doji. Gentle upside throughout the week, and this one may just want to rest for a few sessions. Ok to let it do that, and will see if it continues to ride the 10 day EMA (109.53) higher over the next few days.

CMI 02/24 Flag 60.23 -0.90 56.82 64.85 4.1M 3M 57.69
Current. Nice Tuesday bounce, but turned back down Wednesday with much stronger volume. This one is still in the uptrend as it bounces over the 10 day EMA (59.27) but the volume caught our attention. Will see if this impacts anything Thursday, or if CMI shows better action by holding the light support.

CNMD 02/04 ABCD Up 23.71 +0.38 22.89 26.45 138K 265K 22.78
Higher volume bounce and held all the gain into the close. This is just what we were looking for after that little Tuesday shakeout, and CNMD does look set for more upside. Leaving it alone to see if it does do that.

CRR 03/09 Rev HS 65.17 +0.29 65.03 71.94 332K 400K 61.91
Buy Not Issued. Gently higher with this doji, and did bounce nicely off the intraday low at the 50 day EMA (64.24). This is the kind of action we want to see, and CRR is still a buy if it can continue higher now.

CTCM 03/06 Flag 17.16 +0.38 16.76 19.94 299K 650K 15.76
Current. Bumped up for the second day moving solidly higher. Not a big move with the average volume, but it is stepping nicely out of the flag patter, and is starting to work past the February high (17.00). Showing strength at this level, so it does look set to continue now.

CY 02/27 Flag 12.37 +0.10 11.98 14.22 3M 4.5M 11.49
Current. Bounced Tuesday, but could not build momentum Wednesday as CY just eased higher to close. Still like the overall action, but it is slowing again at the mid February high (12.30). Pretty key area to break through, and if it can do that, then it can start to really run.

DNDN 01/21 ABCD Up 35.99 -0.42 29.54 33.48 3.7M 3M 33.89
Current. Gapped up but then flopped back to finish negative. Volume was smaller with the downside so that is a plus, but this is not the best way to follow that Tuesday bounce. Still, this one has already made a good run for us, so we give it more time to see how it works in this uptrend.

EAT 02/08 Test BO 19.45 +0.32 16.81 19.91 1.7M 2.8M 17.98
Current. Strong bounce Monday, paused Tuesday as it closed off the high, and then jumped right back up Wednesday. Showing resilience, but do have to watch with this lower volume upside as it is still snugged right up with that Monday close (19.37). If EAT gets stuck at this level it may have to go back to test, but we will watch to see if it can crack through Thursday with a further push.

EJ 03/06 Flag 20.78 +0.35 20.41 23.65 1.1M 1.2M 18.98
Current. Volume was down to average Wednesday, but EJ continued to climb back towards the Monday close (20.73). Showing life after that Tuesday gap down and big finish off the intraday high, but will have to watch out for stalling at this level. If that is the case, we look for a controlled pullback to the 10 day EMA (19.27) that bounces.

F 02/23 Asc Tri 12.82 +0.02 11.77 14.22 57M 95M 11.98
Current. Not much going on with this one as it stepped laterally with the doji. Has formed a nice, tight consolidation over the past four sessions as it works very gently lower. Will see how it continues to the 10 day EMA (12.52) as it looks primed to bounce with light support.

FIRE 02/22 Flag 25.64 -0.78 24.94 28.00 250K 400K 23.89
Current. Third session down, and took a more substantial step back to close with the 10 day EMA (25.66) Wednesday. Really quite a nice test overall this week, and now we see if it bounces with this support, or reaches down to the 18 day EMA (25.06) before turning things around.

FNSR 02/13 DB hdl 13.66 +0.12 11.75 13.97 787K 1.2M 12.54
Current. Small step higher to continue along the uptrend. Not much to say with this one as it just continues to plod higher, though volume did shrink back with this upside. Still, at a good place so we let it run and then see where it starts to slow.

GLD 03/06 DB hdl 108.47 -1.24 111.23 117.48 22M 20M 109.65
Buy Not Issued. GLD sold back to close under the 50 day EMA (108.75). Volume was up with this downside so we are dropping it as this is not a setup we want to play.

GLW 03/09 Cup 18.48 +0.08 18.52 21.38 11M 18M 17.48
Entered today. Lower intraday and then moved back up to hold a slight gain. Good enough for the buy with this action over the 50 day EMA (18.14), and now we wait for the break higher.

GMCR 02/01 Test BO 92.17 +0.96 86.12 99.88 782K 2M 86.43
Current. Short bounce up, though GMCR finished back from the intraday high just as it did Tuesday. This one did show a strong bounce Monday with good volume, and a little disappointed now that it could not continue the action. Solidly in the uptrend, though, so we let it fade and see where it sticks.

GOOG 03/09 Flag 576.45 +16.26 569.04 609.45 5.7M 4M 558.91
Entered today. Tested back in a short flag pattern and then gave us the buy Wednesday as it pounded higher. Very strong volume on this move and it held all the gain into the close. Looks ready to continue.

HCSG 03/01 Cup hdl 22.10 -0.17 22.49 25.94 150K 250K 21.22
Buy Not Issued. Down again with higher volume, and showed a big close down from the intraday high. Not what we need for the buy so dropping this one until it can set up better.

HK 03/09 Rolling 21.56 +0.19 21.64 25.95 5.5M 7M 20.28
Buy Not Issued. Short bounce higher, but as it tapped the 18 day EMA (21.84) with the high and faded we did not buy. However, this is a rolling play and a lot of those did start to make moves to the upside Wednesday. Have to see if that continues, and if so, we can still buy this one.

HOLX 02/04 Test BO 17.55 +0.13 16.51 19.91 4.1M 5M 16.88
Current. Opened over the 10 day EMA (17.22) and then bounced higher with above average trade. HOLX is solidly in the uptrend, though it did finish off the intraday high to hold with the Monday close (17.52). Will see if further upside Thursday can crack through.

HUM 02/05 ABCD Up 48.32 +0.38 47.69 54.55 1.3M 3.5M 45.44
Current. Very modest upside with the low volume did nothing more than continue the lateral move. Still holding easily over the 18 day EMA (47.54), but waiting for HUM to get legs again. Ok at this point to give it more time and see what it can do.

ILMN 02/10 ABCD Up 39.44 +0.44 36.53 40.97 1.2M 4M 37.57
Current. Bounced at the 10 day EMA (38.33) Tuesday and just continued on up Wednesday. A fairly modest move, but it did hold all the gain into the close to show strength. ILMN is set to make a new run up, but now we see if it can continue to do so.

ISRG 01/28 Test BO 357.44 +1.78 335.64 374.75 303K 700K 342.44
Current. Stepped laterally with this doji at the 10 day EMA (354.31). Fifth session at this level and still holding the light support after the gap down last week. Will let it continue to rest, and then see if it gets legs and can start to run again.

JOYG 02/13 Test 20 57.31 +0.48 49.05 55.00 3.3M 4M 54.28
Current. Small gap up but to a doji so will be interesting to see what JOYG can do Thursday. If it holds, great, but will watch as it likely turns back down. If that is the case, we look first to the 10 day EMA (54.42) for support. Once there, we will see how it reacts.

KSU 02/25 Cup 35.99 +0.10 35.28 39.94 2.4M 1.4M 34.39
Current. Opened higher but then slid back into the close on high volume, most of which came late in the day as KSU slid laterally into the finish. Still locked in the uptrend, but after this volume spike we do want to watch to see what it can manage Thursday.

MDZ 02/25 Cup hdl 8.35 +0.02 8.44 10.35 384K 900K 7.85
Buy Not Issued. Bounced off the intraday low to hold with a doji at the 10 day EMA (8.30). This one is working horizontally just fine and is positioned to angle higher. Need to be patient, though, and wait for the play to come to us.

MFW 03/06 ABCD Up 34.22 +0.22 35.65 42.38 53K 165K 33.69
Buy Not Hit. Short step higher and did show a decent bounce up from the intraday low, but have to give this one more time. It does look stuck as it held under the 50 day EMA (34.53) with this lower volume doji, and we have to wait and see if it can break through. If it can do that, and then start to run, we will look at moving in.

MON 03/09 Rolling 71.11 -0.17 72.38 83.88 7M 8M 69.88
Buy Not Hit. This one still looks a little tired as it gapped up and then rolled over into the close. Pretty much flat on the day, but not the strongest action as we wait for a possible roll back higher. Have to see how it continues to test. If it gets back to 70ish and bounces then we can look at a buy.

MR 02/02 Test 50 38.17 +0.14 36.94 41.95 826K 1.4M 37.11
Current. Up and down modestly intraday but closed basically flat at the 10 day EMA (38.06). Fifth day at this level after gapping down last week, but does not look ready to work any lower now as this support holds. Will let it rest a little longer, and then see if it can start to rebound.

MRVL 03/06 Asc Bse 20.64 +0.35 20.63 24.88 12M 18M 19.19
Buy Not Issued. Bounced up off the 10 day EMA (20.14) with better volume, and then held the move into the close. This is more of what we were looking for, and now if MRVL continues it is still a buy.

NETL 02/05 Test BO 55.80 +0.02 50.68 56.94 487K 750K 54.44
Current. Held the 10 day EMA (55.58) after that higher volume drop Tuesday and tried to bounce. Could not stick that intraday move up, though, and rolled back to finish with a doji. This is one is still in the uptrend, but we do have to be careful after this action.

NFLX 02/05 Test BO 71.28 +1.34 61.42 69.97 1.1M 2.2M 66.65
Current. Bounced Tuesday and just kept working higher Wednesday. Solid action still, though volume did drop off to below average. Can see if it will continue now, though, as it has broken over the February high that was acting as light resistance.

NKTR 01/29 Test BO 15.36 +0.07 11.88 13.97 879K 1M 13.84
Current. Nice bounce Tuesday, but not able to add to that significantly Wednesday. Finished off the intraday high with the doji and does look tired. Will let it play out and see if a fade back starts to hold towards the 10 day EMA (14.26).

NLST 02/18 ABCD Up 4.57 -0.11 4.18 6.45 1.2M 3.5M 3.98
Current. Gapped up and then folded back to finish lower. Not great action after the strong Tuesday bounce, but at least the downside volume was much lower. Will see now if NLST has to test back a little now, or if it can turn right back up to the upside Thursday.

PCLN 02/24 Flag 240.99 +2.66 226.14 247.22 793K 1.2M 231.91
Current. Pretty typical action of the day with the soft upside that closed back from the intraday high. Heading in the right direction, but not making a huge difference in the play overall as it is still resting under the early March high (241.34). Just looking for strength under that resistance level to see if PCLN can start to break out again.

PCLN 02/11 Dbl btm 240.99 +2.66 210.99 229.91 793K 13M 231.91
Current.

PDCO 03/08 Flag 30.20 +0.09 30.84 35.94 1.3M 1.3M 29.96
Buy Not Hit. Opened at the 18 day EMA (30.08) and then showed a very modest bounce higher. Holding this light level of support to form a small ABCD pattern with this month's pullback. Pretty solid setup now, just seeing if it can kick things off higher.

PDCO 02/13 Test 50 30.20 +0.09 29.57 33.89 1.3M 1.3M 29.81
Current.

PDS 03/02 ABCD Up 8.46 +0.04 8.38 9.98 1.1M 2M 7.94
Current. Down for two sessions but now starting to hold up at the 10 day EMA (8.32) with this soft bounce. Has not started to make the move back higher, but it is holding in the right place. Will see if it takes the bounce Thursday.

PLXS 02/02 Test BO 37.49 +0.25 32.22 39.94 248K 425K 35.32
Current. Slow move higher Wednesday after the stronger Tuesday bounce. Volume backed off as well, and this one is similar to many others with this slow down. Set solidly in the uptrend though, so we leave it be and see how it wraps things up this week.

PNRA 01/26 Test BO 77.27 +0.46 71.97 79.50 407K 650K 74.89
Current. Opened lower but bounced off the 10 day EMA (75.71) to finish just barely in the green Wednesday. Really a pretty decent pullback over the past three sessions as PNRA is now showing life with light support. This could be enough, so giving PNRA a chance to start running now.

RIMM 02/17 Flag 75.04 +1.49 70.98 88.91 14M 22M 71.32
Current. Bounced Monday, paused Tuesday, and then resumed the upside Wednesday. Volume was down a little further, but do like this continued upside now. RIMM may not be set for a longer break higher, but it is showing the life we want. Now we see if it settles back a little ahead of the weekend, or if it can just keep chugging higher.

RIMM 01/13 Pennant 75.04 +1.49 66.11 79.94 14M 22M 71.32
Current.

RMD 02/10 Test BO 60.18 +0.82 55.08 61.89 933K 6.2M 57.68
Current. Stepped laterally for five sessions and now has bounced higher off the 10 day EMA (58.86). This one did give up better intraday levels, like many other stocks, but it was still a good looking bounce on better volume. Seeing if it can start the new run up now to move to our initial target.

SAPE 02/27 Flag 9.54 -0.06 9.12 10.95 922K 1.5M 9.22
Opened higher and then splashed back to finish just slightly down. A test now would not be a bad thing after it showed that big finish off the high Tuesday, and we will let it slide to the 10 day EMA (9.35). If SAPE can test to there and reload, it could be set to make a further run up.

SHLD 02/19 Flag 103.28 +2.27 95.61 104.89 853K 2.4M 98.82
Current.

SHLD 02/04 Test 50 103.28 +2.27 91.31 104.89 853K 2.4M 98.82
Target Hit. Took part of the 14% stock, 77% option gain on the positions bought at 91.31 after the Wednesday upside. This was a nice jump higher, though with volume below average we do have to see if the move can stick. Will let the rest play and see how it finishes up the week.

SINA 02/16 Dbl btm 41.38 +0.38 38.06 43.85 1M 1.4M 39.43
Current. Soft bounce higher on the average volume Wednesday. This one still looks like it is in testing mode, so we see right now if it continues to fade towards the 50 day EMA (39.66). If it can bounce at that level or above, it is in great position to make a strong move.

SJT 02/09 ABCD Up 22.18 +0.28 21.33 24.94 183K 350K 20.88
Current. Gapped up, tested back, and then bounced to close with a doji. AS SJT gapped to this 22ish resistance level, it could very well start to test back now. If it holds, great, but if it does turn lower we want to see a hold with the 18 day EMA (21.18).

SOA 01/28 Rev HS 15.06 -0.29 14.16 17.94 1.1M 1.8M 14.18
Current. Stepped lower off that Tuesday doji to move towards the 10 day EMA (14.80). Not a bad level to test to as the February and early March peaks are also at that level to provide support, so will see how SOA fares. If it can stick and rebound we can just leave it and watch what it does.

SSYS 02/27 Flag 28.42 +0.72 27.59 31.94 174K 300K 26.18
Current. Volume held at average, but SSYS did show a solid bounce higher off the 10 day EMA (27.38). Held the entire move into the close, and this could be what sets this stock off higher after just gently drifting along the past couple of weeks. Have to see what it can manage Thursday, but it looks good for now.

SWN 03/09 Rolling 44.94 +1.05 44.55 51.68 8.8M 5.2M 41.68
Entered today. Showed that strong Tuesday jump, and gave us the buy as it kept working higher Wednesday. This move cracked through the 50 day EMA (44.41) and held it, and now SWN does look like it will make a move.

SYK 03/04 Cup hdl 55.29 +0.29 54.97 62.22 1.6M 2.4M 52.89
Current. Very soft step higher for SYK with the light bounce from the 10 day EMA (54.41). Not much of a move, but it is enough to keep SYK trending along nicely for now. Just letting this one work and will see how it can finish up the week.

TEN 02/22 Cup hdl 21.68 -0.16 20.20 23.98 689K 1.8M 19.92
Current. Faded slightly with this doji over the 10 day EMA (21.36), and really a great test with this action. Letting it pause at the moving average now, and will see if TEN jumps as it is positioned to do.

TEVA 01/29 Test 50 60.94 -0.54 57.59 64.32 3.6M 6M 59.48
Current. Held the 10 day EMA (60.63) with the downside, but did close back from much better intraday levels. This one is still one we are watching after the higher volume downside Monday, and then the lower volume Tuesday bounce. The trend is still in place, but we do have to be careful.

TEX 02/11 Rolling 22.31 -0.14 19.34 23.77 1.9M 2.8M 21.87
Current. Easing back lower now after running higher intraday and fading. This one does have more room to test now, so will see if it can fall to the 10 day EMA (21.54) and bounce.

TJX 03/08 Flag 41.87 +0.21 41.82 46.95 2.8M 5.5M 40.36
Entered today. Started lower, but turned things around to hold a decent gain into the close. This was good enough for the buy and now we let TJX work higher for us.

UPL 03/08 Rolling 47.97 +0.78 47.12 53.94 1.4M 2M 45.54
Current. Ran higher again with average volume to continue the roll back up. Did close at the 50 day EMA (47.94), but held the entire move into the finish. Looks like it can bust through, but will have to see if it actually does.

VLTR 02/27 Flag 23.62 +0.21 22.11 26.42 275K 400K 22.62
After testing for a couple sessions VLTR did bounce modestly Wednesday, though it gave up the better intraday levels. Still, this is a good layer of support with the moving average as well as the short February up trendline. Will see if this can keep bouncing VLTR for us.

WBSN 01/21 DB hdl 23.38 +0.01 19.36 23.44 276K 450K 21.94
Current. Stepped laterally with this doji and finished off the intraday high. This one has had a killer run higher over the past month and it looks like it is time for a rest. Will see now how it fades to the 10 day EMA (22.57) and if it can bounce there.

WCRX 03/02 Cup 27.07 -0.36 27.61 31.94 918K 1.8M 25.68
Buy Not Issued. Nice Tuesday bounce, but could not keep going Wednesday so we did not buy. This one continues to hold in at the 18 day EMA (26.87), but until it can start bouncing higher we will not buy.

WDC 03/06 Rolling 38.07 -0.72 39.78 45.95 7.4M 6M 37.93
Buy Not Issued. Volume jumped as WDC popped lower. It is holding the lower support level, but this is a key place to hold and bounce to keep the play in shape. If it can turn higher Thursday we can still look at the buy.

XTEX 01/29 Pennant 10.73 -0.24 10.01 11.95 272K 525K 10.08
Current. Up at first and then slid back to finish lower at the 10 day EMA (10.53). Volume was below average with this move so it is nothing too nefarious, but we had been looking for more upside after the Tuesday bounce. Like this setup overall, so will see how XTEX handles this and if it bounces right back.

Stock Date Play Close +/- Pivot Tgt Vol TgtV Stop
ATHN 03/08 BearFla 37.90 -0.31 38.82 35.31 662K 1M 39.77
Buy Not Issued. Still watching ATHN as it bounced off the lows with a significant rebound. The stock did close negative, but might be better to see it turn a little higher now. A bounce over 38 that fails would represent a very interesting entry point.

BTU 03/09 ABCD Dw 48.53 +0.75 47.44 42.67 6.3M 6.2M 49.65
Buy Not Hit. Gapped up, tested to the 10 day EMA (47.67), and then bounced to close with a doji. An upside day with better volume, but the pattern is still nicely in shape. Leaving this one on to see how it plays out as it could make a nice fall if the market stalls.

BUCY 02/22 BearRev 65.86 +0.23 61.15 56.25 3.5M 4M 62.11
Current. Gapped up and then turned back lower with volume up above average. This one has not given up any ground, but it does look like it has hit the wall. Will give it another session to drop after this move.

CAT 03/03 ABCD Dw 58.78 -0.40 57.74 54.36 6.5M 12M 59.77
Buy Not Issued. Still watching this one as it did not participate in the rally. If the market stumbles CAT will go down so we will let it continue to drift along for the time being.

KOL 03/08 ABCD Dw 38.07 +0.21 37.57 34.04 440K 800K 38.61
Buy Not Issued. Still stuck in the ABCD Dw pattern after KOL peeled back from the high to finish with a doji. If the market stutters, KOL is primed to fall, but at this point we just have to give it a chance to do so before we move in.

MON 02/04 BearFla 71.11 -0.17 75.56 70.15 7M 6M 72.11
Current. Gapped up but then rolled back with stronger volume to finish. Just a side step Wednesday though it is still looking rather weak. Getting to a key point though. If it makes the fade to 70ish and bounces, we will take the rest of the gain and walk away. If it falls below that level, we can see how far down it will fall.

STLD 03/03 ABCD Dw 17.88 +0.15 17.65 15.11 4M 8.5M 18.31
Current. Soft step higher, but not a sign of strength with this doji that closed back from the intraday high. This one is another that is still holding nicely in the ABCD Dw pattern, we are just waiting on it to fall. Now it has filled that Monday gap up, but now we see if it can keep heading down to really start working for us.

TS 03/02 BearFla 44.22 +0.30 43.44 39.88 2.3M 2.2M 44.54
Buy Not Hit. Gapped up with this doji over the 50 day EMA (43.73). This one is dallying around a key support/resistance level so going to go ahead and drop it for now.

VSEA 03/04 ABCD Dw 31.00 +0.19 30.77 28.04 734K 825K 31.84
Buy Not Issued. Slight move higher, but like the action as VSEA reached up to the 50 day EMA (31.48) and then slid back to close. Showing weakness at this level and looks ready to fall, but still have to see that before we can move in. Will see what this one gives us the next couple of sessions.

X 03/09 ABCD Dw 59.96 -0.27 59.53 52.55 17M 22M 61.84
Buy Not Issued. Slightly down on the day, but really just continuing to work laterally this week. Primed to fall, but have to wait and see if it does do that. If it can break lower, then we move in.
