AAPL 07/08 Rolling 250.94 -5.02 138.55 149.91 32M 23M 255.11
Current. Slipped Friday to the 10 day EMA (254.93), then gapped up and sold back on us Monday to give up that level. Not great for this upside play, but have lots of gain already built in. So, we can see how they do here with the April gap up point (248.54 open) and 50 day EAM (247.24). If it can show life there, we will give it time to bounce back up.

AAPL 04/15 Test 20 250.94 -5.02 119.69 132.77 32M 25M 255.11
Current.

AKAM 05/06 Flag 41.22 -0.68 38.14 44.75 4.4M 4.5M 39.22
Current. Tried to bounce to start things Monday, but it fizzled out and slid lower to finish the day. Still showing great strength though, and sitting pretty up over the 10 day EMA (40.69) and the May highs. Now we just see if it can settle at this point, and then give it another go with the next bounce up.

AKAM 04/05 Flat 41.22 -0.68 32.84 39.89 4.4M 4.5M 39.22
Current.

ARO 05/22 Test 20 27.72 -1.06 28.52 33.44 3.9M 3M 26.52
Buy Not Issued. A retail leader that gapped on good results last week and tested Friday, but is getting a bit too far right now. A bit. Down even more Monday, closing well below the 50 day EMA (28.36). Still could bounce nicely for us so will keep watching for the entry possibility. Just have to keep an eye on it the next couple days to see what it can manage.

BIDU 05/29 Flag 69.81 -3.39 75.11 82.11 10M 20M 71.98
Exited. Short gap up and then sold quickly back down on us. As it moved below support we had to shut down both positions on this stock.

BIDU 05/17 Flag 69.81 -3.39 71.16 84.89 10M 20M 71.54
Exited.

CHCI 05/13 ABCD Up 1.81 -0.15 2.81 3.95 174K 600K 2.39
Current. Opened at the 50 day EMA (2.00) and then sold below it, finishing at session lows. Probably should have canned it, but trade was low so we left it to see if it can bounce. If it can't bounce likely have to shut it down. Also have to be wary of the bounce back to the 50 day that fizzles out. If it is going to recover, it really needs to do so.

CME 05/03 Flag 299.56 -11.08 328.77 357.55 790K 950K 317.11
Current. Sold sharply, giving up the 200 day SMA (309.86), and it is now at the late January gap points for support. Also still at the bottom of its more recent range with that late May low. Will see if it yields a bounce from this point to keep the play in shape, and to keep us in the play.

CMG 05/10 Flag 139.07 -4.74 138.71 158.42 768K 775K 139.21
Current. Continued lower after the Friday selling, this time with volume backing off somewhat. Still more selling than we would like to see as CMG moved below the 18 day EMA (140.37) and volume was still a little above average, but it is holding its trend. This is where it needs to start showing life, but we are giving it more time to do that for us now. Will see what it can manage.

CMG 01/26 Test BO 139.07 -4.74 98.45 110.00 768K 550K 139.21
Current.

CSTR 05/22 Flag 51.01 -3.40 54.66 61.94 1.9M 1.8M 52.42
Exited. Sold Friday to hold support, but kept on selling Monday. Could not stick where it needed to so we had to shut it down.

DLTR 05/29 PreSplt 60.34 -0.60 60.57 67.75 1.5M 1.6M 59.78
Buy Not Hit. Slid again, but really a pretty controlled move back to the 50 day EMA (60.02). Now that it has made the test to support we see if it can bounce and hold. If it can do that, we look at buying it.

DNDN 01/21 ABCD Up 36.70 -4.14 29.54 33.48 10M 3M 46.72
Trailing Stop. Lower Friday, but held up over the May lows and we gave it a chance to bounce back. It did not do that Monday, but instead took us out of the play as it continued to dive.

EAT 05/27 Dbl btm 15.85 -1.34 17.57 20.81 2.8M 2.5M 16.68
Buy Not Hit. Gapped down and then sold sharply to start the week. Dropping the play after that kind of action.

EXBD 05/07 Flag 29.27 -0.40 32.44 37.94 260K 425K 30.11
Current. Held up at the 50 day EMA (29.53) Friday and then tried to bounce from there Monday, but could not stick the move. Slid back from the highs to close at session lows, below that moving average. Not great, but was not a huge move down so we left it for now to see if it can bounce back. This is another stock at a key point, so it does need to start showing life for us now. Will see if it does.

FCX 05/25 Rolling 58.66 -4.15 69.21 78.92 22M 20M 65.88
Exited. Copper broke lower, sharply so, on fears the European issues will impact the rest of the world. With that, FCX dove and we had to give it the axe.

FFIV 06/05 Test 50 67.05 -1.96 70.12 78.95 1.6M 1.6M 67.21
Buy Not Hit. It can still give us a good buy off of this test down towards the 50 day EMA (66.94). Other horizontal support is also present at this point, so we see if FFIV holds up. If it can do that, we just look for the bounce and hold that will give us the entry.

GLD 05/24 Test 18 121.49 +2.30 117.32 122.24 20M 38M 116.89
Current. Gold was well up with this start of the week, and that sent GLD strongly higher. It is bumping into those highs from mid-May (121.88) now, so interesting to see how it reacts. Looks like it could carry on for us from this point, so will see what it does Tuesday.

GS 05/26 Trnd Rv 138.68 -3.57 143.81 160.42 12M 20M 139.89
Exited. Tapped up at the 18 day EMA (143.30) and then reversed back down on us. Just can't hang onto it with this kind of action so we sacked it.

ICON 06/02 ABCD Up 15.11 -0.54 16.89 19.22 321K 875K 15.71
Buy Not Hit. Broke lower on us Monday, undercutting the late D point with the late May lows. Just not a great pattern now so dropping it.

ILMN 05/11 ABCD Up 42.45 +0.85 42.74 47.95 1.3M 2M 41.05
Current. Gapped lower on us Friday, and then gapped back up to start this week. As ILMN finished well off its highs it was not able to recover the Friday losses, but it did hold a gain and that is a plus. Do have to keep an eye on it, but can see if it shows more life for us Tuesday.

IRBT 05/06 Flag 19.09 -0.61 19.22 21.94 114K 220K 20.11
Current. Tried to bounce after the Friday selling, but turned right back down to close at session lows. Certainly not pretty, but did hold over the 50 day EMA (18.74) at the close, and is holding the uptrend. So, we leave it on to see how it deals with this key level. Watching what it does from here.

IWM 05/24 ABCD Up 61.92 -1.64 65.48 73.95 88M 100M 64.21
Current. Maybe should have exited, but it is holding over the intraday low from two weeks back (61.71) still. Possibility of a bounce as it holds that point. Will see if it does that to keep us in the play, but if it keeps showing weakness we have to kill it.

JOYG 06/02 Rev HS 48.98 -1.73 52.45 60.95 3.4M 3.8M 48.78
Buy Not Issued. Lower again to start the week, but it is holding the low from last week over the 48 mark. If it can stick to this point it keeps the reverse head and shoulders intact so we see if it does that. If it does, we keep our eyes peeled for the buy with the bounce back.

JPM 05/22 Rolling 36.72 -0.90 39.60 46.44 44M 60M 37.42
Exited. Short gap up and tried to run, but it gave it up and started to drop. As it did that, we had to kill it.

LNCR 06/01 PreSplt 47.00 -0.39 48.19 53.95 1.1M 1M 46.18
Current. Off the highs at the finish, but held up nicely right near the 10 day EMA (47.00). Very defensive stock as it is a healthcare stock, and it showed. Still in good position for Tuesday, and we can see if it holds the light support with the moving average and start to bounce back up.

LSCC 05/10 ABCD Up 4.11 -0.49 5.08 6.78 2.6M 3M 4.84
Exited. Held the 50 day EMA (4.58) with the Friday selling, but gave it up quickly as it turned lower Monday. Had to shut it down.

LULU 06/05 Test 50 38.32 -2.02 41.08 49.88 1.5M 1.8M 38.89
Buy Not Issued. Sold below the 50 day EMA and stayed there. Dropping it for now, but will continue to watch it.

LXK 06/06 Test 50 35.62 -1.08 37.44 42.12 2.6M 3M 35.72
Buy Not Hit. Dropping it; thought it was just a one-day selloff, but it was not. Will watch it and see if it holds

MRVL 06/02 Test 20 18.06 -0.75 19.74 22.55 14M 18M 18.36
Buy Not Issued. Another one that just couldn't hold up Monday. Dropping it for now.

NEM 04/14 Flag 55.16 +1.45 55.48 62.95 8.7M 10M 55.22
Current. Held the 50 day EMA (53.61) nicely and then bounced. Gold was up and that helped this one, though it did finish off the highs. Still, it is doing what it needs to for now, so leaving it on to see if it continues to the upside Tuesday.

NETL 05/19 Dbl btm 27.20 -0.51 28.98 34.89 1.1M 2M 27.53
Current. Lower again, but light volume so we just left it alone. Also can see if it holds up at this level and turns back up, forming an inverse head and shoulders base. With that possibility, we are leaving NETL alone to see if it holds up Tuesday. If it does, great, but do have to be careful if it starts to slide back again.

NFLX 05/29 Flag 109.16 -0.62 111.89 122.00 3.7M 3.2M 108.39
Buy Not Issued. Great relative strength as NLFX finished well off its highs, but held up over the 10 day EMA (107.95). Just barely lower on the session as it showed a doji, and is also sticking with the April and May highs for support. If it sticks to this point and starts to bounce, it is still in good position for us to move in.

NFLX 05/11 ABCD Up 109.16 -0.62 104.89 122.00 3.7M 3.2M 102.77
Current.

NTRI 05/17 Test BO 20.59 -0.59 22.28 28.89 476K 2M 20.48
Current. Slid lower Monday to give up the 50 day EMA (20.98), but it did manage to finish near the 200 day SMA (20.69) support so we left it alone. Pretty controlled downside the past two sessions, so we just give it a chance Tuesday to stick. If it can firm up for us, we leave it on to give it time to move back higher.

NVLS 05/24 Dbl btm 24.50 -1.16 25.21 28.95 5M 4M 23.45
Buy Not Issued. An example of how the semiconductors sold off. A drop after this move.

ORBK 06/05 DB hdl 11.51 -0.27 12.02 13.94 85K 125K 11.18
Buy Not Hit. Gapped up to the highs from last week and then sold back to finish lower. Not pretty, but nothing new for this Monday. So we just continue to watch it to see how this handle plays out. If it can settle over the 10 day EMA (11.37) and stick a bounce back up, it is still good for us.

OSIS 06/01 DB hdl 25.53 -0.25 26.68 31.55 246K 275K 25.48
Buy Not Hit. Semis sold off, but not all of them. OSIS held up pretty decently, finishing mildly down on the session. Relatively strong, so we give it more time to let the double bottom w/ handle pattern play out. Still just seeing if it will bounce for us.

OSTK 05/19 ABCD Up 19.62 -1.42 23.01 26.48 356K 498K 21.40
Exited. Big Friday selling, then continued to sell back to start this week. Gave up the 50 day EMA and May low at the close so had to kill it.

PAY 06/02 Flag 18.24 -0.83 20.22 23.45 1.6M 2M 19.10
Buy Not Issued. Too far gone to play the flag pattern as PAY sold lower Monday. Dropping it.

PII 05/24 Test 50 54.42 -3.08 59.65 67.92 431K 650K 56.08
Exited. Sold Friday, but held up where it needed to. Not the case Monday, and had to shut it down as it gave up support.

PNRA 05/27 Dbl btm 78.72 -1.97 81.58 88.54 423K 755K 77.54
Current. Second day lower after showing the doji Thursday, but held up at the 50 day EMA (78.77). Kind of a handle that has formed, and as important point for PNRA. If it can hold and bounce, great; if it starts to slip, we have to watch out.

ROST 05/21 ABCD Up 53.11 -1.51 52.87 58.91 2M 3.2M 52.21
Current. Important point for ROST, another retailer, to hold after selling again Monday. They are struggling (retailers) and ROST needs to give us a show of strength to whip things back into shape. Will see if it gives us anything Tuesday, but if it can't

SCSS 05/25 Pennant 9.10 -0.65 10.85 12.65 633K 900K 10.09
Exited. Short gap up, but then slipped back to continue the Friday downside. As it moved below the 50 day EMA and never looked back we had to bag it.

SNDK 05/25 Pennant 43.22 -1.67 45.45 49.89 13M 12M 42.92
Current. This is a key stock in the current market. At an important level as it sits on top of the trendline drawn through the April and mid-May peaks that it broke above a couple weeks back. It is still ok if it makes a deeper test, just would prefer it did not. Watching what it does now Tuesday.

SNDK 04/29 Flag 43.22 -1.67 39.14 49.94 13M 13M 42.92
Current.

SSYS 05/05 Rolling 22.20 -0.90 24.18 28.74 138K 265K 22.49
Exited. Sold back to start the week, undercutting the May lows. Did not bounce back at all and it was time to shut it down.

TEN 05/25 ABCD Up 20.77 -1.01 22.45 26.74 1.1M 2M 21.44
Exited. Gave up the 50 day EMA with the Friday selling and could not retake it Monday. Instead, it just continued to sell back so we had to give it the axe.

TJX 05/19 Dbl btm 43.97 -0.52 45.28 49.94 5M 7.5M 44.64
Exited. Gap and rollover Thursday, sold Friday, and then kept on falling Monday. As it showed weakness at the 50 day EMA we had to shut things down.

TRMB 05/27 ABCD Up 27.52 -0.76 29.50 33.55 959K 950K 27.56
Buy Not Hit. Moved below the D point of the pattern with the Monday selling. Not a good development for the pattern so dropping it for now.

TRN 05/26 ABCD Up 19.35 -1.08 21.66 26.98 1.2M 1.5M 20.14
Exited. Showed weakness at the 50 day EMA Thursday then sold back Friday. Gave it a chance Monday, but it sold clear back to the D point in the pattern so we bagged it.

UA 06/06 DB hdl 31.47 -1.22 34.05 39.89 448K 1.2M 31.78
Buy Not Hit. Sold below the 50 day EMA (32.18) Monday, but will see if it was just caught in the market as it had low volume. It has also been resistant to market action, setting up its pattern on its own. So, will wait and see how it reacts Tuesday and go from there.

URI 05/24 ABCD Up 11.17 -0.48 12.23 14.69 1.6M 2.2M 11.44
Buy Not Issued. Another stock that sold back below the D point of its pattern. With this move, have to drop it.

WRLD 05/20 ABCD Up 34.15 -0.37 37.18 44.89 148K 500K 34.33
Current. Up at first, but rolled right back to finish the day lower. Still, held up pretty decently at the finish and is over the April and mid-May lows. So, we see if it can keep to this point for us Tuesday, and then show some life back to the upside.

WSM 04/02 Flag 26.57 -0.89 27.43 32.74 4.7M 2.8M 28.74
Exited. Tapped up at the 50 day EMA (28.08) but hit a wall and faded. Not able to move past that key point and then it started to sell back so we had to shut it down.

WYNN 06/01 ABCD Up 75.60 -4.21 83.02 92.94 2.6M 3.6M 80.48
Exited. Yet another stock that moved below the 50 day EMA (80.63) Friday and was not able to retake it Monday. After it tapped up at that moving average and then started to sell back, we killed it.

Downside Plays
Stock Date Play Close +/- Pivot Tgt Vol TgtV Stop
AAPL 06/01 Dbl Top 250.94 -5.02 255.88 239.11 32M 34M 259.32
Current. Short gap up and then sold back nicely with volume just over average. Turning down nicely for us now, but will have to see how it does with some support from the April gap up point and 50 day EMA (247.24). If it can fall through there, it is just another stretch down to get to the May closing low. Will see if it can keep showing weakness for us Tuesday, or if it starts to firm up at this point.

CVS 05/29 BearFla 31.04 -2.75 33.80 30.65 50M 12M 32.22
Target Hit. Took some pretty great gain on the dive (91+%) after buying it Friday. Not bad. CVS gapped lower as Walgreen cut future ties with CVS Caremark-Administered drug plans and now we see how that continues to affect it. Didn't take all of the gain because breakaway gaps can continue in the direction of the gap. Will see what it does Tuesday.

GYMB 05/11 BearFla 41.75 -1.13 44.28 39.05 610K 1.2M 44.12
Lower Friday to the May lows, and then kept on falling Monday. Finished at sessions lows and for now looks set to keep tumbling. Just seeing if it does that now, or if it shows any kind of a bounce.

PCLN 05/29 BearFla 176.39 -2.15 189.64 177.65 1.4M 1.9M 183.54
Target Hit. Took part of the 37+% gain as PCLN was lower, but is starting to show a little life. Need to watch out here at the prior lows from May as the stock did not collapse Monday as did the overall market. Will see if it can weaken any Tuesday now.

SPY 05/29 BearFla 105.49 -1.33 108.64 104.45 264M 310M 107.92
Current. Sold down from the 10 day EMA Friday, and then continued the descent for us to start the week. Nice downside move, and now seeing how it reacts at the May low (105.11 open) with the next push lower. If it firms up any there we will watch it, but it looks set for more downside for now.

TEX 05/29 HdShldr 19.37 -1.58 20.81 17.44 3.4M 2.7M 21.43
Solid thump down to finish up last week, and really got moving with the downside push Monday. Bigger volume with this step back, and now looks set to move on below the May intraday low (19.19). Will see if it can do that, or if it bounces any from this level.

ZMH 06/02 BearFla 52.66 -0.52 54.05 50.46 1.5M 2.5M 55.11
Swift bump lower Friday, but not a big downside push to start this week. Will see if it can pick up the pace again Tuesday, or if it tries to bounce back any. If it does bounce, it can fail at 54 with late May lows, or a little higher towards 55ish with older resistance. Just waiting now to see what it does.
