AAPL 06/28 Test BO 256.17 -12.13 270.05 294.45 40M 32M 262.89
Buy Not Hit. Quickly back to the gap to point from April (259.22), coincident with the 50 day EMA (254.93). Important point for AAPL. It didn't surge on the iPhone 4 numbers, suggesting the news was built in and then some was taken out Tuesday. If it can stick, great, we give it more time for a bounce. Have to be careful if it continues the decline, though.

AAPL 07/08 Rolling 256.17 -12.13 138.55 149.91 40M 23M 262.88
Current.

AAPL 04/15 Test 20 256.17 -12.13 119.69 132.77 40M 25M 262.88
Current.

AKAM 05/06 Flag 41.04 -3.89 38.14 44.75 8.4M 4.5M 42.11
Current. Gapped down and sold, but it is holding support with the May/June up trendline as well as the 50 day EMA (40.29). This is where the stock needs to stick if it is to maintain this level. If it can't firm up over this support, we can't let the play turn against us. Will keep an eye out for the next time it is ready as it is a major leader, but still being cautious with it for now.

AKAM 04/05 Flat 41.04 -3.89 32.84 39.89 8.4M 4.5M 42.11
Current.

ARO 05/22 Test 20 28.81 -1.15 29.18 33.44 4.1M 3M 28.97
Current. Looked ready for a start higher after the Monday action, but got dragged back down to finish Tuesday. Did hold up very near the 50 day EMA (28.95) so for Wednesday we just see if it can keep it up. Would be great if it could bounce back to retake that level from here.

ASH 06/11 Trnd Rv 48.26 -2.89 56.34 63.94 1.6M 2M 52.68
Current. Gapped lower and sold on us. Nothing new for this Tuesday, but it is near the 200 day SMA (46.28) and June low at 48 so we will see if it can find support. Not selling into the support, so now want to see the hold and bounce back Wednesday to get this one back on track.

BHP 06/24 Test 50 63.37 -3.34 70.11 78.94 6M 6.2M 67.68
Buy Not Hit. Gapped and sold, not doing what it needs as it failed under the 50 day EMA. Have to drop it for now.

BIDU 06/10 Test 50 67.57 -6.87 72.46 83.94 24M 18M 71.22
Current. Fell through the 50 day EMA (70.05), but it is at the May and June lows (67.58, 67.40). It did bounce off the test of those levels, and that is where it needs to find support. If it can do that, we leave it alone.

CAGC 06/11 Rolling 10.40 -1.05 12.70 15.42 601K 1.4M 11.88
Current. At the early June lows (10.81) with this jump down. Not a good move, now at the lick log. If it can show life from this point, we shut it down.

CAT 06/26 Flag 60.85 -3.55 64.81 72.11 13M 14M 62.41
Buy Not Issued. Gapped to the 50 day EMA and then sold more, really giving up that support level. Dropping it for now; will see if CAT lands on its feet and sets back up though.

CI 06/08 DB hdl 31.87 -1.32 34.44 39.91 4.9M 5M 33.91
Exited. Started to soften up at the 200 day SMA Monday, and then really gave it up Tuesday. Time to shut it down after this move.

CLF 06/16 DB hdl 48.49 -5.95 58.28 69.94 11M 10M 54.31
Buy Not Issued. This one gave up, gapping down away from the 50 day EMA. Kept selling from there to close below the 200 day SMA and now it is time to drop it.

CMG 05/10 Flag 138.44 -7.52 138.71 158.42 946K 775K 144.54
Exited. Gapped down and then continued to slide, giving up the recent up trendline. Did not want it to turn against us so we moved out, but will keep an eye on it. This one is a leader to se will wait for it to get set again and then look at picking it back up.

CMG 01/26 Test BO 138.44 -7.52 98.45 110.00 946K 550K 144.54
Trailing Stop.

CMI 06/10 Pennant 66.24 -4.22 71.98 81.44 4.5M 4M 71.08
Current. Gapped lower and sold, but it held the TL from the May 6 low through the early June low so didn't close it. Will see if it bounces, and if it does, how far that bounce carries it. May just get a better exit point out of a bounce back but we will take that. Seeing what this one can do now.

CTRP 06/26 Flag 37.61 -5.16 44.44 49.94 8M 2.8M 41.33
Buy Not Hit. A nasty gap lower Tuesday, then kept on selling. Really needs to cool down at this point so dropping it.

DECK 06/23 Test BO 144.24 -9.06 157.58 174.91 651K 700K 149.92
Exited. Just couldn't put anything together the past couple of days, and then the gap back down Tuesday. Shut it down as it could not stick over the 50 day EMA, but we will keep an eye on it. Another leader, so we will be ready for it if it can set back up.

DLM 06/14 Flag 14.57 -0.37 15.44 18.55 2.7M 2.2M 14.39
Buy Not Issued. Not a day to buy for the upside, so just watching it as it slid below the 50 day EMA (14.70). The stock did undercut the moving average last week, so will see if it can bounce form the same point this time around (14.48). If it can do that, we keep looking for our entry point. This is a defensive stock, after all, and likely it holds up better than others.

DLTR 05/29 PreSplt 41.74 -0.12 45.90 41.26 2.4M 1.6M 41.26
Current. Short gap down, but held over the 50 day EMA (40.88) and bounced back to end the day nearly flat. Still under the 10 and 18 day EMA (41.82, 41.70), but it held the important support and bounced. With that, we give it more time to see if it keeps improving.

DTG 06/10 Pennant 43.07 -0.52 45.57 52.24 931K 1.7M 42.54
Buy Not Issued. A short step back, forming a doji below the 50 day EMA (43.32). Really this one held up nicely compared to others, and is sticking with the lows from late May, early June. Will see if it turns back up off this doji to keep us looking for our buy.

EDU 06/24 Flag 94.97 -7.63 100.29 112.94 535K 500K 96.44
Current. A couple days higher, then gapped back and sold into the close Tuesday. Not a fun ride, and now sitting up over the 50 day EMA (93.60) and the gap point from April (94.38 open). This is where the stock should hold up if it is to maintain this level.

EMS 06/14 Test 20 50.99 -1.21 56.06 61.78 324K 388K 53.61
Current. Down again, but showing a doji on the fourth day lower as it holds the May lows (50.16 intraday). After this fall we see if it is done and can bounce back. If it can show a little life we leave it, but don't want to see this stock any lower.

FCX 06/26 Rev HS 61.07 -3.59 66.91 76.94 14M 20M 62.48
Buy Not Hit. Gapped and continued to fall into the close. Have to drop it as this move broke up the pattern.

FFIV 06/05 Test 50 69.09 -4.42 69.57 78.95 1.9M 1.6M 70.92
Current. Slumped back with the rest of the market, and is now holding important support. It is right at the 50 day EMA (69.24), as well as the February, May, June up trendline. If it can stick Wednesday we give it time to bounce back.

FITB 06/28 Cup hdl 12.95 -0.56 13.69 15.78 24M 18M 12.97
Buy Not Hit. Turned down on us, but the pattern is still nicely intact. Just watching now to see how it holds up, and if it can keep us looking for the buy. Seeing what we get Wednesday and will go from there.

FNSR 06/23 DB hdl 15.48 -0.50 16.15 18.94 2.4M 2.2M 14.96
Current. A pretty solid sized step lower on a normal day, but compared to many others FNSR looked pretty good Tuesday. It bounced off the lows modestly to hang on to the 18 day EMA (15.37) so seeing if that continues. It may try to check back at the 50 day EMA (14.96), and that is fine if it can bounce there.

GDI 06/26 DB hdl 45.55 -2.59 49.20 57.95 608K 700K 46.08
Exited. Gapped down to the 50 day EMA and then promptly gave it up. Had to pull the plug after this move.

GLD 05/24 Test 18 121.27 +0.18 117.32 122.24 17M 38M 120.54
Current. Down Monday, continued lower Tuesday, but a strong reversal off the lows finished this one flat. Formed a doji over the 18 day EMA (120.74) with a nice rebound off the lows. A good move to see, and looks set to continue to the upside from this point so we see if it does that.

GMCR 06/25 Flag 25.62 -1.15 27.10 30.95 1.6M 5.5M 25.31
Current. Gapped down and continued to fall into the close, giving up the 50 day EMA (25.97). Not great, but it is holding within the lows from last week (25.42 intraday) so we left it. Also very near the gap down level from April (25.84) so will give it a chance to hold and see if it can then heat things back up.

HNT 06/08 Cup hdl 24.94 -0.97 26.10 29.75 1.4M 2.1M 26.38
Current. Continued to fall after the Monday drop, this time closing below the 50 day EMA (25.10). It is holding some prior support from some March levels and an early June intraday low so will see if it can hold. If it does find the support and bounce we will let it play.

ILMN 05/11 ABCD Up 43.37 -1.69 42.74 47.95 1.6M 2M 42.74
Current. Challenged the earlier June highs Monday, but fell back with the rest of the market Tuesday. Not great, but it is holding the late April (42.94 open) and early May (42.82) highs. If it can stick in that area we give it a chance to bounce back.

IRBT 05/06 Flag 18.86 -1.78 19.22 21.94 187K 220K 20.11
Exited. Well, it had looked like it would try to bounce. But it didn't. Gapped and sold through the 50 day EMA so we had to shut it down.

IWM 05/24 ABCD Up 61.83 -2.43 65.48 73.95 110M 100M 64.21
Current. Gapped down, but held the June lows (61.89) and bounced modestly up off the intraday lows Tuesday. As it held this level we left it and will see what it can do. If it shows life from this point we leave it, but can't let it continue to fade from this point.

JOYG 06/20 Rev HS 50.44 -3.64 56.23 63.62 5.4M 4M 53.77
Buy Not Issued. Have to drop it after this gap and selloff Tuesday.

JPM 06/16 Rolling 37.06 -1.48 39.13 44.77 57M 50M 37.12
Current. Gapped back on us, now holding down at the June lows (36.72). Not happy about it, but holding the lows so we will see if it can reload now. If it can start back higher we let it run, but do have to be careful if it continues to weaken.

KLIC 06/23 DB hdl 7.21 -0.53 7.75 9.38 2.2M 2.5M 7.21
Buy Not Issued. Not a buy Tuesday as it slipped back to close below the 50 day EMA (7.42). It is holding within the intraday low from Friday, as well as near the highs from February/March. Just watching it for now to see if it can bounce back and keep us looking for a buy.

KWR 06/20 DB hdl 27.83 -2.56 30.62 34.94 169K 200K 27.91
Current. Great Monday bounce, but cancelled out that move and then some with this Tuesday drop. Now holding the 50 day EMA (27.39) with a modest bounce off the lows at that level. Giving it time to hold and then see if it starts back to the upside.

LNCR 06/01 PreSplt 32.35 -0.46 32.13 35.95 2.4M 1M 32.28
Current. A step lower, making for a good test on any day. Really good considering the rest of the market, and now sitting over the 10 day EMA (32.28). Will see if it sticks to this support and bounces, or if it tests more towards the 50 day EMA (31.21) before starting back up.

LSCC 06/26 ABCD Up 4.43 -0.34 4.93 6.38 2.7M 2.8M 4.48
Buy Not Issued. Not a buy as LSCC stepped back to finish below the 50 day EMA (4.64). Have to watch it carefully now to see if it can strengthen any. If it holds in this range and reverses we will give it more time to set up for us.

LULU 06/23 Test 50 37.55 -2.12 39.22 48.94 2.6M 2M 38.31
Buy Not Issued. Well it gave up the 50 day EMA with this big step back. Have to drop it as that messed up the pattern.

MICC 06/23 Flag 81.49 -5.21 86.48 99.89 540K 800K 83.81
Buy Not Issued. Nast gap and selloff, breaking up this pattern. Dropping it for now until it can set back up.

NEM 04/14 Flag 61.15 -0.31 55.48 62.95 12M 10M 58.91
Current. A very slight step lower, forming a doji over the 10 day EMA (59.78). Not able to continue higher for us, but really looking good over this light support. So, for now we can watch to see if it bounces for us.

NETL 06/15 Rev HS 27.67 -1.26 29.88 34.89 884K 2M 27.79
Buy Not Issued. Gapped lower, but bounced up off the intraday low to form a doji. Holding those early May lows that form the left shoulder of the pattern so waiting on it longer. If it can hold up and start to bounce we leave our current positions alone, and then keep looking for a new buy.

NETL 05/19 Dbl btm 27.67 -1.26 28.98 34.89 884K 2M 27.53
Current.

NFLX 05/11 ABCD Up 112.58 -5.03 104.89 122.00 2.9M 3.2M 115.44
Current. Down with the rest of the market, closing right at session lows. Not a good move to see, but it is holding the late May, early June highs so we left it. This one is not looking all that good, and does look like it may tap back at the 50 day EMA (106.86) now. Really don't want to see the stock that low but will keep an eye on it to see how it holds up.

NTRI 05/17 Test BO 22.83 -0.94 22.28 28.89 443K 2M 20.69
Current. A step lower, holding right near the 18 day EMA (22.93) and late May high. It could stick but it likely fades a little more to the 50 day EMA (21.92) before bouncing. Will see if it does just that.

NVLS 06/23 Flag 25.73 -1.19 27.96 32.00 2.5M 4.2M 27.21
Buy Not Hit. Gapped and sold to fall below the 50 day EMA (26.05) Tuesday. Dropping it for now.

ORBK 06/05 DB hdl 10.98 -0.63 12.02 13.94 50K 125K 11.18
Buy Not Issued. Another one that gapped and sold to give up the 50 day EMA Tuesday. Dropping it until it can set back up.

OSIS 06/01 DB hdl 28.36 -1.08 27.05 31.55 284K 275K 28.38
Trailing Stop. Fell again to follow that Monday downside. Did manage to bounce off the intraday low modestly, but it hit our trailing stop to take us out of the play. Just need to give it time off and see if it will set back up.

PAY 06/11 Test 20 19.41 -0.98 21.11 23.94 1.6M 2M 19.41
Current. Not happy with this move as it finished below the 50 day EMA (19.58), but still have some room to work with so giving it time. Want to see it firm up in this range and the retake the 50 day to keep things on track.

PII 06/16 Flag 56.16 -1.99 59.88 71.00 486K 650K 57.48
Buy Not Hit. Not able to move over the 50 day EMA (57.67), gapping down away from that point Tuesday. Holding right at the lows from last week, though, so it could bounce back. Will see if it can take that bounce Wednesday to keep us looking for the buy.

ROST 05/21 ABCD Up 53.40 -1.27 52.87 58.91 1.7M 3.2M 55.11
Current. A doji right at the 50 day EMA (54.62) Monday, then slipped below that point Tuesday. Do not like this step back, but it is holding at the early June low (53.11) now. If it can take the bounce from this level we just leave it alone.

SAPE 06/15 Asc Tri 10.05 -0.47 10.83 12.94 1.1M 1.5M 10.01
Current. Held over the 10 day EMA (10.40) Monday with the doji, but sold back Tuesday to give up the 50 day EMA (10.16). Nothing new for this Tuesday, and now we see how it does at the early June low (10.00). Want to see it stick to that point and bounce to stay in shape.

SHAW 06/23 Cup hdl 33.83 -2.14 36.33 42.25 963K 1.3M 34.97
Buy Not Issued. Time to drop this one as it sold off hard to give up good support.

SNDK 05/25 Pennant 42.64 -3.20 45.45 49.89 16M 12M 45.77
Trailing Stop. Gapped and sold to move below the recent up trendline as well as the 50 day EMA. Did not want this one to turn against us so we moved out, but will keep an eye on it. A leader so watching for it to set back up for us.

SNDK 04/29 Flag 42.64 -3.20 39.14 49.94 16M 13M 45.77
Trailing Stop.

SSYS 06/11 Trnd Rv 24.26 -1.69 25.44 29.94 168K 250K 23.94
Current. Back down Tuesday, holding right at the lows from last week (24.03). Can give it a chance Wednesday and see if it holds this point, and then see if it bounces back. If it can bounce we let it be, but have to watch it if it keeps sinking on us.

STE 06/28 Test 20 31.49 -0.56 32.38 36.95 364K 700K 31.22
Buy Not Hit. Gapped back, but held over the 200 day SMA (31.37) with a nice doji. A great point to hold and bounce from, so just watching to see if it can do that. If it does hang in there, we keep looking for our entry.

TIE 06/10 BO 17.82 -1.77 19.09 21.94 6.5M 4.5M 19.22
Current. Down for the second day, and now sitting right at the 50 day EMA (17.69) support. Giving it a chance to bounce back from this level, but if it can't hold up it is in trouble. Have to keep an eye on it Wednesday.

TSCO 06/25 Rolling 61.32 -1.72 63.25 70.97 541K 800K 60.89
Current. Slipped Tuesday, but held within the intraday lows from May/June, and over the April pre-gap point (61.48). A good level of support to bounce from, so will see if TSCO starts the roll higher still Wednesday. Do have to be cautious if it continues to weaken, though.

UA 06/06 DB hdl 33.59 -2.59 34.17 39.89 877K 1.2M 34.22
Exited. Well it had looked ready to start higher again, but got caught in the Tuesday selling. Back all the way to the 50 day EMA now and had to shut it down with this move.

USO 06/10 Rolling 34.17 -1.04 34.74 38.18 11M 16M 34.11
Current. Held under the 50 day EMA (35.63) Friday then gapped back to a doji Monday. Gapped down again Tuesday, forming a doji right at the lows from last week (34.24). It did bounce some off the intraday low so will give it a chance to turn back higher from this point.

UTI 06/21 Rev HS 24.07 -0.43 25.31 29.95 243K 225K 23.57
Buy Not Hit. A gap back, but a nice turn up off the lows to hold the 50 day EMA (23.89) with the doji. Holding the support it needs to, so for now we just let it play out. If it can start to bounce for us, we keep looking for the entry.

VIT 06/11 Dbl btm 23.14 -1.49 22.08 25.95 1.1M 700K 23.18
Current. Gapped up to a doji Monday, so not a surprising turn back down Tuesday. Did not want it to take this big of a step back, though. So now have to see if it can hold over the late May high (22.98 open) and 50 day EMA (22.46) and start to bounce back.

WBMD 06/22 Flag 46.04 -0.77 47.22 54.95 363K 450K 46.44
Buy Not Hit. A little lower Tuesday, forming a doji below the 50 day EMA (46.39). Still within that intraday low from Friday and think it can bounce back, but it does need to retake the 50 day soon. When it can do that, we start looking for our entry.

WHR 06/20 Pennant 89.94 -5.70 104.79 118.31 2.1M 2.2M 98.44
Current. Gapped, filled, and then rolled back to finish with a bit of a doji. Not good to see as it is below the May and early June lows at 92 so now this one is getting dangerous. It needs to bounce back from this point to start getting it back in shape.

WRLD 05/20 ABCD Up 39.90 -1.38 37.18 44.89 264K 500K 38.89
Current. Looked ready to break out Monday, but stepped right back to the 10 day EMA (39.52) Tuesday. Also holding the April high (39.90) at this point so we see if it can bounce from this nice support. If it does, great, but have to watch it if it continues to slide.

WYNN 06/23 Test BO 78.55 -6.55 88.80 99.95 5.3M 4M 82.58
Current. Gapped and sold but above the TL from the March, May, June lows so we left it. Important point to hold so seeing if it can do that Wednesday and start to bounce.

CVS 06/14 BearFla 29.82 -1.07 31.73 27.71 18M 12M 31.21
Looked like it may try to test back some after the Monday bounce, but turned straight lower Tuesday. Bounced just modestly off the lows after tapping that early June intraday low (29.62). This is where the stock bounced from last time around, so will see if CVS can give it up and continue lower Wednesday.

DIA 06/14 Rollove 98.73 -2.71 103.09 98.11 17M 17M 100.54
Target Hit. Took part of the 64% gain as DIA gapped and sold back into the finish. It is at the late May (98.53 open) and early June lows now (98.27) so will see if it holds or if it can continue on down.

HAL 06/14 BearFla 24.48 -1.51 25.54 21.24 26M 24M 27.31
Buy Not Issued. Gapped on us and never gave us a decent rebound. Likely should have gone ahead and jumped in, but could still get a bounce. If it does turn back up and stalls out, that is where we look at picking it up.

SPY 06/21 Rollove 104.21 -3.32 109.89 106.00 374M 28M 106.24
Target Hit. Took part of the 68% gain as SPY gapped and sold back. A little below the late May (105.11 open) and early June (105.49) lows with this move so now we see if it holds or continues to fall.

TEX 05/29 HdShldr 19.03 -1.52 20.81 17.44 2.7M 2.7M 19.97
Gapped and sold, not getting any bounce back before this fall. It is holding the June lows (19.01) now, so an important point to see if it can stick. If it does bounce back any we see where it stalls, but it could very well just keep falling. We will see.
