STATUS: Double bottom. CHS is in a 4.5 month base and is rallying from the bottom of the right let to the 'hump' in the middle of the pattern (19.24). Indeed it hit 19.25 on the high and then pulled back. Volume was super. After such a strong move, however, we would expect CHS to move laterally and form a handle along 19 that drifts a bit toward 18 on lower volume. One of the great apparel stores.
