STATUS: Cup w/handle. NWRE is on the verge of the breakout with volume rising Thursday and Friday to average levels as the stock moved up to the breakout point. The good accumulation and solid price pattern that used the 200 day MVA as the bottom for the base has set up a solid foundation for NWRE to make the breakout to a new all-time high.

STATUS: Testing the breakout. Strong move on above average volume Thursday tested back Friday on lower volume and showing a doji at some support at 40. This looks like another chance to get in on this stock before it continues its move up off the 200 day MVA just over 38. Money flow is still very strong.
