On November 19, Independent Bank Corporation (Nasdaq:IBCP) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on December 31, 2002.
On November 21, CCF Holding Company (Nasdaq:CCFH) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on December 19, 2002.
On November 25, Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, Ltd. (Nasdaq:TEVA) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on or about January 15, 2003.
