STATUS: Testing the 18 day MVA. Ready for a new high, CVD is one of the leaders in the market. Tuesday it got another shot of above average volume as it readied for the new high. Looks very solid here, moving laterally over the 10 day MVA.

STATUS: Cup w/handle. Starting to move up in the handle to a 6-month base, HTLD received another good jolt of volume Tuesday as it traded up to 23.39 on the high. Looks ready to make the move, sporting excellent accumulation at 8 up weeks on rising volume to just 3 down weeks on rising volume.

STATUS: Testing the 10 day MVA. SINA pulled back right to the 10 day MVA (6.25) and showed a doji Tuesday toward the close. That was what we wanted to see and we issued a buy alert for additional positions. It moved up a bit more to the close, and we really like the position. These stocks are racing up and now pulling back to test the short term MVA as they should.
