STATUS: Cup w/handle. Working through a current 9-week base showing solid accumulation at 6 accumulation weeks to 4 distribution weeks, BBBY started up Thursday on a strong, above average volume move that can technically be called a breakout. We have been watching BBBY, waiting for the good economic news to come back. It has and BBBY is moving well. This is one that we feel is one of the core retail holdings these days and are looking at positions here.

STATUS: Testing the 50 day MVA. BRCM peaked in late November, then sold back to the 50 day MVA (15.40) where it traded for the past three weeks. It never collapsed, and after a shakeout early this week it jumped off the 50 day on sharply rising volume Thursday. While it may test back toward the 50 day MVA after this initial move, we are looking at starting some positions for this trade up to the recent high near 21.

STATUS: Test 50 day MVA. LXK broke out in late November but with the recent selling has fallen back to the 50 day MVA (61.75). Volume dried up the past week and with the Thursday rally LXK jumped back over all the MVA on rising, above average volume. We are looking at this as a trade up to the recent highs, a move that can give us a nice gain. Using options on this one.

Accumulation since January is positive at 13 accumulation weeks to 11 distribution weeks, very good for this stage in the base when it is just starting to build the right side. Money flow into the stock is huge.
