On February 14, FFLC Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:FFLC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split. Details are pending.
On February 14, Nara Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:NARA) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on or about March 17, 2003.
On February 18, Barr Laboratories, Inc. (NYSE:BRL) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on or about March 17, 2003.
On February 18, Federal Screw Works (Nasdaq:FSCR) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be payable April 1, 2003.
On February 18, XTO Energy Inc. (NYSE:XTO) announced that its board of directors approved a 4:3 stock split to be distributed on March 18, 2003.
