On Wednesday, April 11, Cross Timbers Oil Company (NYSE:XTO) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on June 5, 2001.
On Thursday, April 12, Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE:STZ) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on or about May 14, 2001.
