STATUS: Flying plateau. ASCL blasted out of a 4.5 month flat base in mid-April, rallying from 3 to 4. That base showed excellent accumulation at 7 up weeks on rising volume to 2 down weeks on rising volume. After the breakout on tremendous volume, ASCL has moved laterally the past two weeks in a very narrow range and on significantly lower volume. The 10 day MVA (3.84) has now caught up with ASCL, and on these moves that typically acts as the catalyst to send the stock up on the next leg. Volume was back up above average Wednesday as ASCL tested the 10 day MVA and bounced back. Looking for a strong volume break higher from this bullish pattern.

STATUS: Breakout. PWN formed a double bottom starting in January and then breaking out in mid-April. Accumulation in the base was solid at 5 up weeks on rising volume to 1 down week on rising volume. PWN came back to test the breakout at the 18 day MVA (10.50) and has started back up on rising volume. Wednesday PWN jumped over the breakout high at 11 on strong volume, completing a successful breakout test. Relative strength broke out as well, a strong confirmation of the move. Looking to move in on this successful test.

STATUS: Breakout test. GENZ snugged up to the 18 day MVA a bit more on the test, reaching down below that level intraday but then recovering to close right on that support. Volume was lower, and this looks like a very good test. Looking for GENZ to start up from here on some rising, above average volume. Great accumulation at 6 to 2 accumulation (6 up weeks on rising volume to 2 down weeks on rising volume, showing net accumulation in the stock).

STATUS: Testing the breakout. GSPN jumped out of a 3.5 month cup with handle base Friday on excellent volume. It has now come back to test the 10 day MVA, tapping that level on the Wednesday low (6.32) and rebounding for a gain. Volume has been lower as it made the test, and we are looking for the stock to resume the move and provide another good entry point. Excellent money flow and accumulation.
