STATUS: Flying plateau. BIO is testing the breakout from a cup with handle in May. In the process of forming the right side of the base it threw what is called a flagpole. It then formed the handle and blasted higher in mid-May forming another flagpole. It has spent the last 8 sessions moving laterally over the 10 day MVA (56.93), working on lower and lower volume. When the 10 day MVA meets up with price we expect another price spike. This is a bit more volatile than our usual plays, but it can run like the wind and it looks to be setting up for the next move.

STATUS: Double bottom w/handle. Another reverse with handle breakout. PRGO broke out of the 5.5 month base that showed solid 5 to 3 accumulation. It broke out in April on huge volume, rallying over 15 on the breakout. The past month it has been consolidating the move, working through a very small double bottom with handle pattern (4 weeks). PRGO started up Tuesday on a return to above average volume, bouncing from the handle that tapped the 10 day MVA on the low (14.50). On continued strong volume we will look at jumping on board.

STATUS: Testing the breakout. BGEN broke out from a reverse head and shoulders pattern last Tuesday on strong volume. It has tested the 10 day MVA (41.73) and started back up on some better volume though Tuesday was off pace. It is making the rebound and is still a buy. For new or additional positions we are looking at a move over 44, the point it has banged into a few times the past week.
