On Monday, November 6, Interlott Technologies, Inc. (AMEX:ILI) announced that its board of directors approved a 2-1 stock split to be distributed on December 20, 2000.
On Wednesday, November 8, Manugistics Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:MANU) announced that its board of directors approved a 2-1 stock split to be distributed on December 7, 2000.
On Thursday, November 9, Techne Corporation (Nasdaq:TECH) announced that its board of directors approved a 2-1 stock split to be payable on December 1, 2000.
On Thursday, November 9, Innodata Corporation (Nasdaq:INOD) announced that its board of directors approved a 2-1 stock split to be distributed on or about December 1, 2000.
On Thursday, November 9, Gilead Sciences Inc. (Nasdaq:GILD) announced that its board of directors approved an increase in authorized shares for an anticipated January board approval of a 2-1 stock split. A special stockholder meeting is to be held in February to vote on the increase in common stock.
