On August 14, MDU Resources Group, Inc. (NYSE:MDU) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be effective on October 29, 2003.
On August 18, Harleysville National Corporation (Nasdaq:HNBC) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be payable on September 15, 2003.
