STATUS: Cup w/handle. ANEN is working toward the breakout from a 9 month base showing strong 11 to 4 accumulation (11 up weeks on rising volume to 4 down weeks on rising volume). A very nice pattern with money flow already moving up ahead of price even as the stock moves laterally in the 7 week handle. That is a positive divergence and it often precedes a breakout in price. ANEN just made a higher low at the 18 day MVA (11.10) and started higher Thursday on a huge volume spike. Looking for it to continue with this strong volume and deliver the breakout.

STATUS: Double bottom w/handle. CHIR is working on the breakout from the handle to its 9 week base. Solid accumulation at 5 to 1, strong money flow, and a relative strength breakout already (an indication of the stock's strength). CHIR made a breakout attempt 6 sessions back from the double bottom that had not formed a handle. It fell back into this lateral move over the 10 day MVA (49.12). Thursday it tested down toward the 18 day MVA (48.11) on the low and then rebounded for a gain on a strong surge in above average volume. It is on the cusp of a breakout, and the indicators look solid.

STATUS: Ascending triangle. SPRT surged higher Friday on strong volume, jumping off the 18 day MVA (8.00) and moving toward a breakout from its 7 week base. Accumulation in the short but nice pattern is a solid 3 to 1. Money flow is strong and screaming higher while relative strength is breaking out as well. These are explosive patterns and it looks as if SPRT is ready to provide that sort of move.
