STATUS: Testing the breakout. NMSS blasted out of a 9 month reverse head and shoulders base three sessions back on a nice volume surge. Accumulation in the base was an outstanding 10 to 2 (10 up weeks on rising volume to 2 down weeks on rising volume). A very nice breakout and now NMSS is coming back to test the move. Looking for it to test 2.20 or on down to the 10 day MVA (2.12), and from there start back up on rising volume. We like these breakout tests as they show buyers are committed to the stock, moving back in after the initial profit taking and drive it back up, using the dip as a buying opportunity.

STATUS: Testing the breakout. We are taking another look at SRA as it comes back to test the strong volume breakout from something akin to an ascending triangle formed from June through August. It made the breakout in early September on solid volume and is just now slipping back on lower and lower volume to test the move, holding the 10 day MVA (16.49) Wednesday. Accumulation in the 11 week base was an excellent 5 to 1. Money flow is stellar, and relative strength is ready to break out. All we need to see is the breakout hold here at the 10 day and SRA rallying back up on a solid jump in volume.

STATUS: Put. AQNT has double topped in July and now September, and Wednesday plunged through the 50 day MVA (9.57) on above average volume. Volume spiked Tuesday over the 50 day, but it was spanked today. Money flow is plunging and AQNT is under distribution (higher volume on selling sessions). Looking to move in on a further move lower and play it down toward the 200 day MVA (6.27).

STATUS: Flat base. Still looks solid, forming the handle to its 2 month flat base, again tapping the 10 day MVA on the low (7.81) and rebounding to show a very tight doji. Accumulation is 2 to 0 in the base and money flow is heading higher. Very solid, and the doji puts us on the ready for a breakout.
