STATUS: Cup w/handle. Moving through an 11 week base excellent 5 to 1 accumulation (5 up weeks on rising volume to 1 down week on rising volume). Money flow is surging higher and relative strength was breaking out Tuesday as NUAN posted a strong volume move off the 18 day MVA (5.83). Excellent action, and looks ready for a breakout.

STATUS: Cup w/handle. Forming a nice handle to its 10 week base showing excellent 50 to accumulation. Money flow is surging higher as RNDC moves laterally over the 10 day MVA (2.93) on lower volume. The rising money flow is a divergence with price, and that can be a precuror to the stock breaking higher to follow the money so to speak. A very nice little pattern.

UTSI (Utstarcom--$35.06; -1.96; optionable): Wireless communications

STATUS: Put. One of the wireless stocks that does not look good, UTSI double topped in July and August, and then thudded through the 50 day MVA (38.81) two weeks back it hit 35 and held, rallying back to test the 10 day MVA (37.10). That stopped the advance, however, and it has started to roll over. Tuesday UTSI fell harder, back to 35 on rising, above average volume. If it breaks through this support level it has open range toward 31.
