STATUS: Reverse head & shoulders. Ready to make the breakout from its 15 week base sporting outstanding 5 to 1 accumulation (5 up price weeks on rising volume to just 1 down price week on rising volume) that indicates the stock has been under strong accumulation during the base. After it jused the 50 day MVA (55.21) as the bottom of the right shoulder, it started higher on swelling volume. Monday volume spiked and Wednesday it was back above average as it broke over the closing highs. Looks ready to continue.

STATUS: Testing the breakout. ARO has moved well this year, and in August started to move more or less laterally below 30 and above 25. This was actually the handle to a large 16 month cup with handle base that started forming just a month and a half after ARO came public. Accumulation in that long base is a solid 18 to 10. ARO started the breakout move Monday, jumping over 30 on a strong shot of volume. It has started back to test the move the past two sessions, tapping at the 10 day MVA (29.18) on the intraday low and rebounding as volume jumped up again Wednesday. Going to be patient and let it complete the test; we think it could hit toward the 10 day MVA again before it starts higher.

STATUS: Cup w/handle. Still working laterally on the nice, tight handle. DJO is holding over the 10 day MVA (13.63) on very low, below average volume as it puts the finishing touches on its 3 month base. Money flow continues to move up ahead of price as the stock works laterally. Solid 4 to 1 accumulation. Being patient and letting the breakout come to us.
