On October 21, Horizon Bancorp Indiana (Nasdaq:HBNC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be issued on or about November 17, 2003.
On October 21, The Peoples Holding Company (AMEX:PHC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on or about December 1, 2003.
On October 22, Symantec Corp. (Nasdaq:SYMC) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be issued on or about November 19, 2003.
On October 22, eResearch Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq:ERES) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on November 26, 2003.
On October 22, Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (Nasdaq:SHEN) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be mailed on or about February 20, 2004.
On October 22, Electronic Arts, Inc. (Nasdaq:ERTS) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on November 18, 2003.
On October 22, Matrix Service Co. (Nasdaq:MTRX) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be mailed on or about November 21, 2003.
On October 23, K-Swiss Inc. (Nasdaq:KSWS) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split pending shareholder approval in December of 2003.
On October 27, Benchmark Electronics, Inc. (NYSE:BHE) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be issued on or about November 13, 2003.
On October 28, LSI Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:LYTS) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be payable on November 14, 2003.
