STATUS: Cup. NMGC is jumping up off the bottom of its 8 week base, starting to form the right side of the cup on very solid above average volume. Accumulation in the base is strong at 3 to 1 (3 up weeks on rising volume to 1 down week on rising volume) and money flow has surged the past 2 months. Relative strength is strong and moving toward a breakout. It may run up to 3 and start to form a handle, but we like the sector and the pattern and are willing to take positions here as they do not always form handles as we have seen, particularly in these smaller issues.

STATUS: Double bottom w/handle. Chips are trying to lead, and there are more than a few decent patterns in the group. LTXX has formed a 9 week base showing excellent 4 to 1 accumulation, strong money flow, and relative strength ready for the breakout. It is currently drifting sideways over the 10 day MVA (14.67), tapping that level on the Tuesday low and recouping much of the loss. Volume jumped up on the two legs lower when it tested 11, both times sending it higher. Excellent pattern and just waiting for a high volume breakout.

STATUS: Put. SFNT cratered through the 50 day MVA (35.95) three weeks back on massive volume, and then started a slow crawl back up to test the breach of that important support level. Late last week it tried to break back over, but it failed and slid back. Tuesday it started to fall harder. Volume did not pick back up on the Tuesday move, something we want to see as it continues lower. Under distribution and diving money flow. Looking for further downside and plenty of room to the 200 day MVA (29.16).
