On December 17, Tarragon Realty Investors, Inc. (Nasdaq:TARR) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be effective January 15, 2004.
On December 17, Lennar Corporation (NYSE:LEN) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on or about January 20, 2004.
On December 18, Hudson River Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:HRBT) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on or about January 15, 2004.
On December 18, YAK Communications, Inc. (Nasdaq:YAKC) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on or about January 29, 2004.
On December 19, PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. (NYSE:PHS) announced toay that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on January 20, 2004.
On December 19, Provident Financial Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:PROV) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on February 2, 2004.
On December 23, Hooker Furniture Corporation (Nasdaq:HOFT) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be mailed on or about January 30, 2004.
On December 23, Coventry Health Care, Inc. (NYSE:CVH) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be effective January 30, 2004.
