On January 21, Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE:CBU) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on or about April 12, 2004.

On January 21, Jinpan International Limited (Amex:JST) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be effective February 6, 2004.
