On January 21, Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE:CBU) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on or about April 12, 2004.

On January 21, Jinpan International Limited (Amex:JST) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be effective February 6, 2004.

On January 21, Netflix Inc. (Nasdaq:NFLX) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be effective on February 11, 2004.

On January 21, SanDisk Corporation (Nasdaq:SNDK) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on February 18, 2004.

On January 21, Eaton Corp. (NYSE:ETN) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable February 23, 2004.

On January 21, Amphenol Corporation (NYSE:APH) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on or about March 29, 2004.

On January 21, Burlington Resources Inc. (NYSE:BR) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on June 1, 2004.

On January 21, National Instruments Corporation (Nasdaq:NATI) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be issued on or about February 20, 2004.

On January 22, Polaris Industries Inc. (NYSE:PII) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable March 8, 2004.

On January 22, Alberto-Culver Co. (NYSE:ACV) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable February 20, 2004.

On January 22, Health Care Property Investors, Inc. (NYSE:HCP) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be issued on or about March 1, 2004.

On January 26, Summit Bank Corporation (Nasdaq:SBGA) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on February 17, 2004.

On January 26, Commercial Capital Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:CCBI) announced that its board of directors approved a 4:3 stock split to be distributed on February 20, 2004.

On January 26, Microsemi Corp. (Nasdaq:MSCC) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be effective on February 9, 2004.

On January 27, Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. (Nasdaq:CALM) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split pending shareholder approval on April 14, 2004.

On January 27, Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. (Nasdaq:SCHN) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on March 25, 2004.

On January 27, Sterling Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:SLFI) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be payable on February 20, 2004.

On January 27, Marine Products Corporation (Amex:MPX) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on March 10, 2004.
