STATUS: Cup w/handle. ULTI is breaking out of a 13 week base sporting excellent 4 to 0 accumulation. The base formed along the 50 day MVA (9.48), another sign that big money was stepping in to buy the stock. Money flow is surging higher and relative strength is moving for the breakout. Nice pattern and making a break to a new 52 week high as the market waffles.

STATUS: Put. Tried to build a new base in December and January, but then started to struggle in late January and gapped below the 50 day MVA (102.27) to start February. It has made a very low, below average volume test higher, tapping the 10 day MVA (99.64) on the Monday intraday high and then fading back. Looks as if it is going to fail this test and head lower.
