On February 18, Asta Funding, Inc. (Nasdaq:ASFI) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on March 23, 2004.
On February 18, CEC Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE:CEC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be effective on March 15, 2004.
On February 19, Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:DCOM) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on March 16, 2004.
On February 19, Vaso Active Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq:VAPH) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:1 stock split to be payable on or about March 5, 2004.
On February 20, Graco, Inc. (NYSE:GGG) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on March 30, 2004.
On February 24, AmSurg Corp. (Nasdaq:AMSG) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on March 24, 2004.
