On February 25, Canadian Natural Resources Limited (NYSE:CNQ) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split pending stockholder approval on May 6, 2004.
On February 25, BFC Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:BFCF) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be paid on March 1, 2004.
On February 26, NII Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq:NIHD) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:1 stock split to be paid on March 22, 2004.
On February 26, Industrial Services of America, Inc. (Nasdaq:IDSA) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be delivered on March 30, 2004.
On February 26, Marvell Technology Group Ltd. (Nasdaq:MRVL) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split subject to shareholder approval in late May 2004.
On February 26, Hancock Holding Company (Nasdaq:HBHC) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be paid on March 18, 2004.
On February 26, Crosstex Energy, L.P. (Nasdaq:XTEX) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be mailed on or about March 29, 2004.
On March 1, Universal Security Instruments, Inc. (Amex:UUU) announced that its board of directors approved a 4:3 stock split to be payable on April 5, 2004.
On March 2, Marvel Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:MVL) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on March 26, 2004.
On March 2, The Bank of Nova Scotia (NYSE:BNS) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable on April 28, 2004.
