On March 3, CenterPoint Properties Trust (NYSE:CNT) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split pending shareholder approval on May 18, 2004.
On March 3, Genentech, Inc. (NYSE:DNA) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split pending shareholder approval on April 16, 2004.
On March 3, Talisman Energy, Inc. (NYSE:TLM) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:1 stock split to be mailed on May 25, 2004.
On March 4, Datawatch Corporation (Nasdaq:DWCH) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on April 8, 2004.
On March 4, TransAct Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:TACT) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable April 2, 2004.
On March 4, Farmer Bros. Co. (Nasdaq:FARM) announced that its board of directors approved a 10:1 stock split to be issued on May 10, 2004.
On March 8, Metal Management, Inc. (Nasdaq:MTLM) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be paid on April 20, 2004.
On March 9, Procter & Gamble, Co. (NYSE:PG) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split. Details are pending.
