On Wednesday, July 18, Flushing Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:FFIC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on August 30, 2001.
On Wednesday, July 18, Chittenden Corporation (NYSE:CHZ) announced that its board of directors approved a 5:4 stock split to be distributed on September 14, 2001.
On Wednesday, July 18, Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE:KMP) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on August 31, 2001.
On Thursday, July 19, Courier Corporation (Nasdaq:CRRC) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be paid on August 31, 2001.
On Thursday, July 19, Sports Resorts International, Inc. (Nasdaq:SPRI) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split. Details are pending.
On Thursday, July 19, Dime Community Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:DCOM) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be paid on or about August 21, 2001.
On Friday, July 20, Annapolis Bancorp Inc.(Nasdaq:ANNB) announced that its board of directors approved a 4:3 stock split to be paid on August 24, 2001.
