The Split Summary is issued each Tuesday evening. Split Notices are issued when significant companies announce a stock split.

On March 30, NAPCO Security Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:NSSC) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be payable April 27, 2004.

On March 30, Omtool, Ltd. (Nasdaq:OMTL) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on April 27, 2004.
