On Monday, July 23, Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq:FISV) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on or about August 31, 2001.
On Tuesday, July 24, Neuberger Berman Inc. (NYSE:NEU) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on August 16, 2001.
On Tuesday, July 24, Direct Focus, Inc. (Nasdaq:DFXI) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on or about August 13, 2001.
On Tuesday, July 24, Sterling Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:SBIB) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on or about September 18, 2001.
On Thursday, July 26, Roslyn Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq:RSLN) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on August 22, 2001.
