STATUS: Cup. MEDI is coming off the low of its long 17 month base. It caught its momentum when it broke over the 200 day SMA (23.99) in early October. It has moved laterally the past two weeks below 28, showing some volume spikes. Thursday MEDI broke through 28 on some heavy trade. Money flow is running higher ahead of price, and looks as if MEDI is ready to follow the money. Strong volume surge this month shows a lot of momentum behind the stock and a lot of backing.

STATUS: Cup. Volume is surging higher the past two weeks as FORM resumed its move up off the 200 day SMA (19.58), continuing to build the right side of its base. It is working up the right side of the 12 month base sporting excellent 17 to 6 accumulation (17 up price weeks on rising volume to 6 down price weeks on rising volume), meaning that there is a lot of net buying going on as the stock consolidates. Money flow is shooting higher ahead of price, and we expect FORM to follow it as it broke over near resistance Thursday on a resumption of solid, above average volume.
