Oil -$2.23/bbl ($41.95) helping bolster stocks. As on Thurs, SP500 tapped next resistance (1215) & touched off a pullback. Rebound attempt has faded some, threatening a lower intraday high, a bearish signal for the morning rally. Large caps leading (0.2%) as SOX, small/mid-caps post 0.1%-0.2% losses. Light volume (500M NASD, 258M NYSE), A/D barely hanging on (1.1:1 NYSE, NASD) w/o small/mid-cap support. Still not enough muscle to punch thru SP500 resistance yet.
