STATUS: Breakout test. PRFT made us some nice money on its last break higher as it broke out from a 9 month cup with handle in November and exploded higher to top 9 to end the year. It has fully tested that last move this year, coming back to the 18 day EMA (7.17) on lower and lower volume. Wednesday the stock showed us a nice doji at that near support. That often indicates the stock is ready to resume the move, particularly with a strong break higher as PRFT has shown us. We were looking for the next entry point after our first gain, and this is it. Just need to see it bounce on a solid jump in volume.

STATUS: Reverse head and shoulders. A market leader, PSUN has formed a short 9 week cup with handle that is acting as the right shoulder to a much larger 17 month reverse head and shoulders base. Strong 3 to 1 accumulation in the recent base shows solid buying. A nice, easy pullback to the 10 day EMA (23.19) has set up the handle, shaking out the last sellers. A breakout will put the stock close to an all time high where there is no resistance. That lets a stock run.
