STATUS: Test 50 day EMA. Broke out from a 8 month cup with handle base in late December and has come back this month on very low volume to test that move. Low volume shows few sellers as CVNS moves laterally over the 50 day EMA (13.76), consolidating as the rest of the market struggles. Strong 13 to 5 accumulation (13 up price weeks on rising volume to 5 down price weeks on rising volume) shows net buyers. Money flow remains excellent is leading higher. Just being patient and waiting for CVNS to show us the strong break higher on sharp volume.

STATUS: Put. LUK collapsed lower Thursday on tremendous trade, falling further below its 50 day EMA (42.62). It fell through that support early in the month and looked ready to try a rebound back through that level earlier this week. Not doing it. Lots of downside momentum, and we are looking to capture some of the downside toward the 200 day SMA (37.16) for a 50%ish gain.
