STATUS: Cup w/handle. Nicely formed 10 month base sporting strong 11 to 7 accumulation (11 up price weeks on rising volume to 7 down price weeks on rising volume). That accumulation shows solid buying during the pattern and setting up the breakout. Volume has started to spike the past two weeks intermittently; those are 'get ready' spikes indicating strong accumulation as the stock moved laterally in the handle. It has held up well as the market sold, finishing off its pattern. It will have to show us the move, but it is getting ready.

STATUS: Breakout test. Volume really surged Tuesday as CVNS continued to hold tight on the 50 day EMA (13.82) as it continues the test (forming a second handle) to its 8 month base. Money flow has turned up sharply once more, and this volume looks a lot like the crouch before the next blast higher.
