STATUS: Double bottom w/handle. Volume surged Thursday as MATK started toward the breakout from its 10 month base. Good action in the handle as it faded back on lower, below average volume. That shakes out the last sellers and it shows not a lot of sellers at that. Excellent 11 to 4 accumulation in the pattern shows a lot of buying. Now that the last sellers are shaken out it is ready to make its move. Excellent money flow is surging higher ahead of price.

STATUS: Test 200 day SMA. SOX broke over the 200 day SMA (418.77) in early February and has made its best move above that level since early 2004. It came back to test the move the past week as the market was a bit rocky, but the test was orderly. Wednesday it tapped the 200 day SMA on the low and rebounded to close. Thursday it was leading the market. It has some momentum and can easily run to next resistance at 450. Looking to move in on a further rebound.
BUY POINT: $435.45 Target=$450 Stop=$432
