STATUS: Breakout test. HGSI formed a 6 month cup base starting January as it builds off of a low hit in 2004. It exploded higher in early July and galloped to 15.50 on strong volume. It came back to test the move Friday and Monday, holding the 10 day EMA (14.30). Tuesday it jumped up off that level on a very strong volume shot. Positive 7 to 5 accumulation in the base (7 up price weeks on rising volume to 5 down price weeks on rising volume) set up the breakout. Good test and very strong money flow is leading higher. Looking to move in as HGSI continues the breakout move.

STATUS: Breakout test. IDXX has come back to test the 18 day EMA (63.09) the past week after a strong breakout in late June from its 13 month cup base. Solid 16 to 10 accumulation in the base set up the foundation for the breakout. Like to move in on the first test as that 'proves up' the breakout as it shows new buyers wanting to move in even at a higher level. Looking for solid upside trade as it moves through the buy point and on its way to an all-time high.

STATUS: Cup w/handle. FSH just needs some volume; it started off the 18 day EMA (64.42) in its handle Tuesday but volume was still well below average. Still looks good; again just need some volume. FSH continues to work laterally the past 6 weeks, forming the handle to its 6 month base. Excellent 8 to 4 accumulation (8 up price weeks on rising volume to 4 down price weeks on rising volume) shows plenty of buying during the pattern. Once this shakeout in the handle is over and the short term profit takers are gone it will be set to make the breakout to another all-time high. Excellent stock with great technical and fundamental underpinnings.
