USNA: Very nice handle still forming.

STATUS: Double bottom w/handle. Volume has surged above average the past two sessions as ESLR moved off of the 50 day EMA (6.41), the support level for the handle to its 15 week base. Looking for a new 4 year high on a breakout and run. Solid 5 to 3 accumulation (5 up price weeks on rising volume to 3 down price weeks on rising volume) shows net buyers as ESLR comes off the 50 day. Strong money flow is leading the stock higher and we are looking for ESLR to continue following it to the breakout.

STATUS: Test 200 day SMA. NGEN is coming off the bottom of an 9 month base, starting to build up the right side of the base. It cleared the 200 day SMA (4.39) six sessions back on strong volume, and has made a nice lower volume pullback to test the move. Strong volume is leading higher, and NGEN started higher Tuesday. Looking for volume to move back above average as it continues the break higher.

ORBK (Orbotech--$23.90; +0.08; optionable): Solutions for supply chain of electronics industry.

STATUS: Cup w/handle. ORBK is working on a handle to its 19 week base, holding over the 10 day EMA (23.39) as it does. Good near term support for the handle, and the base formed over the 200 day SMA (20.80), an important institutional support level. Strong money flow is leading higher and accumulation is an excellent 7 to 2 (7 up price weeks on rising volume to 2 down price weeks on rising volume). May take a couple more days to finish the handle, but it is getting close to the breakout move.

CELG: Nice test of the 10 day EMA continues.

BLUD: In serious trouble, falling through the 200 day SMA on strong volume.

PSYS: Up off the 18 day EMA but needs better volume.

RTSX: Needs to hold here at the 50 day EMA and deliver a strong break higher.

GAS: Testing the May breakout from a 6.5 month cup with handle base. Rallied close to 42 on the breakout move and has come back to test and hold the 50 day EMA. Good volume Monday as it jumped off the 50 day EMA. That is what you want to see as it shows lots of buyers stepping in at that support level.
