STATUS: Test breakout. BTUI just came back to test the breakout from a 17 month cup with handle base after exploding higher in late July with a big upside gap. It rallied to 8 on the high and then made the test this month, holding the 18 day EMA (6.24) on the test, tapping the 18 day on the low and rebounding on strong volume. Strong breakout and a strong rebound off the test. Strong money flow is leading higher and BTUI is following it higher.

STATUS: Breakout test. Nice tight doji right on top of the 10 day EMA (73.08) on continued low volume. Looks as if the test is over and MSTR is ready to rebound and continue the breakout move. To recap: MSTR exploded higher to end July as it reported strong results. The move broke it out of a 7 month cup with handle base sporting strong 8 to 4 accumulation (8 up price weeks on rising volume to 4 down price weeks on rising volume). That accumulation shows strong buying and support for the stock and it sets the foundation for a run higher. The breakout took MSTR to a 4+ year high. Nice low volume test of the break higher, and looking to move in as it rebounds on a strong dose of above average volume.

STATUS: Cup w/handle. Low volume pause as NVDA continues to set up for the next move a breakout from the nice 6 month base. Set up and ready to go. To recap: NVDA has come off of the late July dips that acted as a continuation of the handle to its 22 week base. Excellent 8 to 2 accumulation in the pattern has set up the breakout to come. As the market sold off, NVDA posts gains on rising, slightly above average volume. Has held up well, going about its own business in its base. You like to see that because it shows the action in the pattern is serious and not at the whim of the market.

STATUS: Double bottom w/handle. Nice low volume handle continues to form to this sweet little 7 week base. Looking very nice. To recap: A sweet little 7 week pattern has formed over the 50 day EMA (24.92) after a nice breakout and run from March to late June. Solid 3 to 1 accumulation in the base (3 up price weeks on rising volume to 1 down price weeks on rising volume) shows solid buying as NXTP took a breather. May take a session or two more to complete the handle, but it is setting up well.
