BACKGROUND: Announced its only 2:1 split on 4-17-02 at $47.00.

STATUS: Breakout test. WSM broke out in mid-June from an 8 month cup with handle base. It rallied to 45 on the move and has come back to test, holding the 18 day EMA (42.88) the past week, moving laterally along that level in a tight range the past week. Strong 9 to 5 accumulation in the pattern shows net buying and set up the breakout. Nice test where it is biding its time at near support where the market tests. Looking for volume to return as WSM rebounds off this level.

STATUS: Test 18 day EMA. ANDS has already made us some excellent money, and it has now come back to test that move, tapping at the 18 day EMA (12.45) on the Monday low and rebounding to cut most of its losses. Broke out in early July and has rallied up the 18 day EMA. It has made three rebounds off that level and is set up to make its fourth. We typically don't play this late in the rally, but this is a strong stock with continued rising money flow and it can make its upside moves in a hurry. Looking for volume to return as ANDS makes one of its classic high volume rebounds.
