On Monday, October 15, H.B. Fuller Company (Nasdaq:FULL) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be issued on November 16, 2001.
On Thursday, October 11, The Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc. (NYSE:PBG) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed beginning on December 4, 2001.
On Wednesday, October 10, Pennichuck Corporation (Nasdaq:PNNW) announced that its board of directors approved a 4:3 stock split to be distributed on December 3, 2001.
