On Tuesday, October 23, Brown & Brown Inc. (NYSE:BRO) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on November 21, 2001.
On Monday, October 22, Right Management Consultants Inc. (Nasdaq:RMCI) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be effective on November 1, 2001.
On Thursday, October 18, Merchants Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq:MBVT) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be distributed on December 14, 2001.
On Thursday, October 18, Astoria Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:ASFC) announced that its board of directors approved a 2:1 stock split to be distributed on December 3, 2001.
On Thursday, October 18, Multi-Color Corporation (Nasdaq:LABL) announced that its board of directors approved a 3:2 stock split to be payable on November 30, 2001.
